Esta finca de montaña se encuentra en 15 acres arbolados privados en condición de diamante. El piso superior tiene cuatro dormitorios, el dormitorio principal tiene cama king con baño en suite con azulejos de mármol y bañera de hidromasaje. El dormitorio de los niños tiene dos literas y una cama nido. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen baño privado también: uno con cama queen y otro con dos gemelos. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV, DVD, VCR, cable.

El primer piso tiene una gran sala familiar / cocina comedor con mesa de comedor con capacidad para 12. La cocina tiene una isla para sentarse con capacidad para cinco. Hay una televisión de 60 pulgadas en la habitación familiar con muchos asientos. Fuera de esta sala de estar hay una gran terraza con una bañera de hidromasaje para ocho personas cubierta por un techo de glorieta. La gran sala de estar con chimenea tiene una chimenea de gas con una gran televisión de pantalla plana.

El nivel inferior incluye dos dormitorios con un baño completo. La sala de recreación tiene un bar con fregadero, estufa de leña, mesa de billar, ping-pong, futbolín y dardos. Hay un garaje adjunto para dos autos.

Esta gran casa de vacaciones está a pocos minutos del monte. Nieve y media milla de la histórica ciudad de West Dover. Bienvenido a nuestra casa: es perfecto para una reunión familiar grande o unas vacaciones de amigos. La casa se limpia profesionalmente y se suministran sábanas y toallas.

Great Stay!

This house was great for a family gathering! It had a lot of space, has a great game room for the kids, is very clean and comfortable, and is close to Mt. Snow! It checked off all the boxes we were looking for-

This property is wonderful, if anything it's almost under represented in the listing. Lots of different hang out spaces beautiful kitchen/dining area that easily accommodates a large group. Mark was easy to communicate with and responsive. Thanks!

Ski House

My extended family and I enjoyed a perfect ski weekend at this home. It is located just 4 miles from Mt Snow. The home is beautiful, well maintained and large enough to accommodate a big group. The hot tub was large, worked well and was located on the deck, right outside of the dining area. The downstairs had a pool table, ping pong table and a foosball table. I strongly recommend this home for a family ski vacation.

The house was in great location and travel to Mt. Snow was about 10 mins, but communication with owner was almost non-existent for problems that arose during the stay. The power went out once but more importantly the driveway and access to the home was covered with snow and ice over the 3 days we were there and many of us were stranded (despite having snow tires and front wheel drive). On the last day we were told to wait out in our cars in 20 degree weather so that the cleaning service could clean for the next family. It was rude and unhospitable given that the snow and salt/sand service could have been properly performed given 3 days of requests and only minor service was done on the 1st day. When we refused to leave, we were told to read our lease and that they would call the police, something I welcomed. If owner is going to charge these rates, they need to understand that there is a quality of service and response time expected in return. Owner never answered our calls directly or returned any of them. Only through a direct connect via VRBO did he respond. Again, inconsiderate and irresponsible for someone who commands these rates. Not a great way to start the year. Also you need to bring your own pans because the house had none. The rest of the kitchen was adequately stacked. There was also a shortage of towels and toilet paper. Best parts of the house were the heated floors and the hot tub.

So sorry that you feel this way but I have been renting this house for over 20 years. I have had the same plow company doing my drive way. I answered most of your phone calls and reached out to my plow guy to get back to plow and sand again which he did. One thing you don't understand I don't have control of mother nature, I don't have control of people that come up to a ski resort with 2 wheel drive and no snow tires and I don't have control of the power going out. The best is you said you never saw a plow well unless you up at 4:55 am you for sure won't see him and the best is I have it all on video. I have a new kitchen with 40 kitchen cabinets and there are plenty of pots and pans as well as dishes so to me I just hear an angry person telling lie's. All my other reviews have all been 5 star so let my future renters make there own decision.

Great Location!

Very convenient to Mount Snow and the towns of Dover/Wilmington. Plenty of space for our four families without feeling cramped. The game room in the basement is a nice bonus. We got 4"-6" of snow while we were there and the driveway was cleared/plowed by the time we got up the next day.

Perfect for big group

This house was amazing! Our group does a NYE ski trip each year, and this was our favorite house yet. It comfortable slept us all, with plenty of room to hang out. The basement is stacked with games. TVs in almost every room, including by the hot tub! Kitchen was a bit small compared to the rest of the house, but didn't stop us from having a great time.

Excellent all-around!

This property is perfect. We wanted a house that offered as much as possible so we could relax after riding at Mt Snow. IT had all of that. We were able to cook every night then chill out and beat the teens in pool. Mark was awesome to communicate with. Super easy.

Great place for a grown-up reunion!

7 college friends and I recently stayed at this house for our annual college reunion/40th bday celebration. Vermonte was even better than described! The house was clean and spacious. We used practically everything in the house - the pool table, video game, fireplace, large tvs and hot tub. The owners are fantastic to deal with as well. We rented the house during the VT Wine & Food Festival l at Mt Snow, but it would also be a great house for a weekend with the kids or other families, because of the large amount of space.

Great Space and Place

We arrived at this home for a guy's get-away and had a terrific time! When we arrived we had no key but the owner fixed that within an hour. From that point on, the good times rolled. I was so impressed with the space and plentiful beds that I hope to return with lots of family. "Vermonte" is the first place that COMFORTABLY sleeps the number listed on the site. There is plenty to do in the home and outside. The owner was very kind about a screen that was broken during our stay and did not try to charge me anything unreasonable. From owner to space to location, this home is a winner for all adults and kids.

Perfect for large groups

We have stayed in many large houses near various VT ski mountains, and this has been the best house by far! Everything is practically brand-new, the location is great with its proximity to Mt Snow and grocery stores, there are plenty of common areas for large groups to congregate in, and the basement is well-equipped to provide hours of entertainment for both adults and children. Small details such as radiant heated floors and a mudroom to store ski boots in were not overlooked by the homeowners. This house would be great to rent in the summertime too, with its large deck and grill.

What a wonderful house th...

What a wonderful house this is to rent. Our group was a large group with children and we had a great experience at the house. It was large enough for both the adults and children to enjoy. The house was very clean and had several added bonuses like the heated floors. We would love to rent again and we would recommend this house to friends.

Our group left this trip ...

Our group left this trip feeling very relaxed and satisfied. Really a great home with plenty of space to enjoy. Our group has been doing trips to the area for several years and we have stayed in many different properties. I Would definitely recommend this property to both a large or small group. Large bedrooms, heated floors, great playroom in the basement for both kids and adults. Close proximity to Mt. Snow, bars, shopping, and restaurants yet still secluded and private. We were very impressed, and could tell good workmanship was recently put into this very large home. Would definitely rent this property again. Added bonus the owner is a really nice guy who works for the FDNY.

I was born and raised in Long Island NY. Being a NYC fire fighter and dealing with 9/11 Vermont was the place to get away and just enjoy the family and watch the kids grow up on the ski mountain. Fifteen years later and the kids all grown up we all still enjoying our home in Vt like it was our first day.
