Peaceful retreat

The chalet was lovely and clean upon arrival. Fresh smelling bedding and super comfy beds! The chalet is well equipped and has plenty of kitchen ware to use. The outdoor seating area was perfect and just catches the morning sunshine to have a nice cup of tea in. Location was very peaceful and a short 8 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Would 100% stay again. Super place!

Mablethorpe was lovely, the people are so friendly, I would go again

The property was dirty, in poor kept state, the owner was pleasant, and the atmosphere on the site was great.

Stay in Chalet

Owners very obliging and good communication. A couple of bulbs blew and when I phoned owners they came that same day to replace them - very quick response, thank you. Well equipped kitchen and nice clean bedding and seating area.

We had an enjoyable stay. Apart from the fact that there were no smoke alarms or fire extinguisher. The floors were dirty and the drains were blocked.

Poor. shower door kept falling off oven dirty I cleaned it sink taps loose in kitchen then fell off ,shower fell off falling to bits couldn’t stand near sink too cramped mouse Tod’s in kitchen gate falling off bed hard and uncomfortable .when we left I cleaned it oven floors tops .i also think it needs nets up as privacy in bedrooms ,as people walked by and looked in ,also the room .otherwise a good stay.everything in u wanted was ok plus the bathroom door was awkward to open and shut.expensive for what it was .but enjoyed holiday .

Chalet d4

Overall a nice little chalet. I would say for 2 adults plus 2 young children whereas we were 3 adults plus 1 labrador. The site is lovely and quiet. Onsite pub/restaurant is really good. Chalet has good sized fridge/freezer. We did have a small issue with toilet but owners were very responsive and helpful

Brilliant few days

Nice chalet but lack of mirrors in bathroom and bedroom and not much hanging space lovely comfortable bed overall a good stay.

3-day stay

We have had a lovely 3-day break in Mablethorpe. Our chalet was clean and comfortable, with pretty much everything needed for a short stay. Location is great and the park is very quiet. Shower was nice and warm as were the storage heaters. Could do with more comfortable mattresses and 2 pillows each in the main bedroom instead of one. Could also do with a colander to drain past, veg etc. Other than these minor observations we had a lovely time and would stay again.

Lovely

What a lovely little chalet right over the road from a lovely stretch of beach. Me, my boyfriend and our two dogs absolutely loved staying here. The chalet is perfect, the photos don’t do it justice- it’s decorated really nicely inside with everything you need including washing machine & dishwasher. Would 100% book again.

Good value for money in a great location.

Only issues were with the front door automatically locking from the outside when closed - a few times I nipped out with our dog and left dad in watching television and I couldn’t get back in as he’d fallen asleep! Needed to take the keys out with me, but you don’t instinctively do this. Other issues were that we couldn’t work out how to operate the storage heaters - it was trial and error to get them to throw heat out - an instruction guide would be useful for guests. Bunk bed mattresses were really terrible - you can feel all the springs - I know it’s really keenly priced, but would prefer to pay more and have a comfortable nights sleep.

Good , but fixing a few issues would make it better

Nice and clean, with easy key collection.Location great for a fantastic beach, though we used it as a base for visiting the wolds. Just a few issues that need to be sorted. the door locks itself on closing due to a fault, meaning we were locked out in first few mins with key and phones inside … having to go to site office to contact owner( owners daughter lives on site luckily) ..suggest make visitors aware of the risk. The loo is part of the lounge separated by a bifold door, this was broken, which obviously caused a privacy issue ( flagged to owners daughter) finally the shower mode selector was put on wrongly meaning you needed to select cold to get hot water. As we were two brothers using as a base for some biking we made do, if I was with family and kids I might not have been so relaxed. If sorted, this chalet would have full marks.

Lovely Cosy Chalet

We spent a long weekend in November in this chalet. It was clean, well equipped and perfect location by the sea. We had a lovely weekend and would definitely recommend it.

We have a small number of chalets on the park for holiday lets and have refurbished all of them.

This property is located in a quiet area of the park away from the clubhouse making it ideal for those with children.
It has recently been completely gutted and refurbished as it was in a poor state when we purchased it and needed a lot of TLC.
