You'll love to stay in this newly renovated luxury comfortable three-bedroom villa with the pool that can be either cooled or warmed, just 1 km from the center of the small charming town Kastel Sucurac and 1 km from the beach.

It has a beautiful sea view overlooking the Kastela bay from the South side, and from the North side there's also a beautiful mountain view.

Garden is exclusively yours to use and has 1000 m2 with grill, shaded table and deck chairs under the olive trees, including billiard table and table football.

Pool is 1.5m of depth.

Villa is fenced and has parking spot for four cars.

Living room has a smart LCD TV, air condition unit and cozy sofa which can be used as a bed for two people.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

First bedroom has a comfortable double bed.

Second one has two single beds, smart LED TV and its own bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Third bedroom has one cozy double bed that can be separated into two single beds.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, refrigerated display cabinet and is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Second bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

You also get iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels and high-speed Wi-Fi, all free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged for free, please contact in advance.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Villa Pendolino is located 1 km above the center of Kastel Sucurac in a quiet spot.

You’re free to make parties here because there are no local people living nearby.

Also, you’re just one minute drive to the main road from where you can easily get to Split and Trogir.

That makes it ideal place for a relaxed holiday with peaceful spot still very close to all tourist spots nearby.


Kastel Sucurac neighbourhood is one of seven Dalmatian settlements that all together comprise the town of Kastela. There are seven Kastelas and all of them run along the coast of the bay of Kastela.

Each of these settlements was built around its castles and each one of them carries its distinctive historical story.

Kastel Sucurac is the closest one to Split.

During the summer season life in Kastel Sucurac gets very lively with lots of folk festivities and concerts organized.

If you are looking for a vacation spot that can offer you all the aspects of an active holiday this would be your spot.

From here you can take organized group or private car excursions or private car transfers to visit the nearby old towns of Trogir and Split, and the archaeological site of the ancient Salona.

Security deposit of 600 EUR is given on the check-in, and if there is no damage to the villa, it’s returned on the check-out.

This is a smoke-free villa.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but you can smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.
