Villa con piscina privada climatizada en Split a solo 10 minutos en coche del centro antiguo. Desde 2019 comenzamos a ofrecer reservas directas sin ningún cargo por servicio. Existe la oportunidad de ahorrar aproximadamente 400 euros en el cargo por servicio de Homeaway. Algunos huéspedes se sienten más seguros en este sitio, así que por favor reserve su hogar lejos, estamos totalmente seguros de eso. Para reservas directas, solo solicitamos el depósito y el monto restante se pagará después de la llegada a la casa. Habitaciones renovadas a finales de 2018. Tenemos la posibilidad de agregar 1 cama doble o 2 camas individuales en cada habitación y para parejas o amigos. cada cama se puede convertir de doble a simple. Repetimos el correo electrónico en un máximo de 1-2 horas. Nuestros huéspedes tienen un gran descuento para todas las excursiones que hay en Split y la región, junto con el alquiler de autos (el más barato en la región) y restaurantes. La playa renovada a 400 metros de la casa hace que las cosas sean aún más interesantes para nuestros huéspedes. Los azulejos de la piscina son de mosaico de vidrio y hacen que la piscina se vea increíble. La piscina es de 35 metros cuadrados para acomodar de 12 a 15 personas en el interior. Para períodos más fríos, la piscina está cubierta por una manta especial y climatizada. ¡Todos los muebles nuevos y fabi futbolín!El único campo de golf en el área a 250 metros de la villa. Somos dueños de una villa de 5 estrellas en la isla de Bol Brac en caso de que busque alojamiento en esa área. Casa también para 12 personas. Si tiene alguna pregunta, no dude en preguntar. Split Delight

First trip to Croatia and it was wonderful. Located just 15 minutes outside of downtown Split in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for my family. The host was the best part of the trip. He met us to walk through the house and then gave us excellent restaurant and site seeing activities.

Wonderful Villa, ideal location and super helpful host ☀️

This villa is amazing! We absolutely loved staying here, it was a perfect property for our group holiday (ladies aged 49-55). The room sizes are very spacious, decor is lovely and fresh, it is spotlessly clean and was well equipped to meet all our needs. On the upper floor each bedroom has access to a balcony. Downstairs kitchen and living area are open plan and is also to a very high standard. We loved relaxing in the spacious outdoor seating area which overlooks the well kept pool and garden area. Henry and his wife were so very helpful with everything , personalising our trip celebrating friends birthdays, arranging airport transfers, booking activities in advance and giving restaurant recommendations. They were super helpful and friendly and kept in contact from time of booking and throughout our stay, we couldn’t have asked for more…they were wonderful. The villa location is peaceful, yet only 50metres to a well stocked supermarket. 5-10 minute walk to the sea front, 20 minutes walk into Stobrec where we enjoyed paddleboarding with Adriatic SUP. Uber into Split took around 15 minutes. Overall this property everything we could have wanted and more! We would all come back here without hesitation and can highly recommend it in every way. Wonderful Villa!!

We had an amazing time at this Villa. From the time I booked this property our host Henry was extremely helpful and very responsive to ALL of our inquiries. We had finished up a 2 week sailboat charter and we were looking forward to relaxing. On our arrival Henry met us and oriented our group of 12 ladies to our temporary home away from home. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us tips of where to eat (Restaurant Jure on the beach was phenomenal!!) Took us to the nearby grocery store after our arrival for a few foods/drinks. Henry was able to organize ALL of our many and varied transport needs. The pool is lovely, clean and the yard area very private. Our Host is truly exceptional and his lovely property is so comfortable and welcoming. You will not be disappointed !!! Henry, Thank you so much🥳🎉💓

Spacious villa

This spacious villa has a perfect bedroom configuration for families and groups of friends - even though we occupied all the rooms we all felt as though we had our own space, and with three bathrooms and enough hot water for 12 people every day there were no arguments either. The kids loved the pool, the location of the villa is ideal for restaurants, nearby towns, beaches and parks, and Blanka and Henry were faultless hosts who were always on-hand if ever needed and had thought of everything in advance to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend both the villa and the hosts. Fabulous holiday in beautiful Croatia.

Due to Covid situation we cancelled bcz we weren't sure of our flight. Owner refunded us even he didn't have to .We are happy we still managed to arrive . We spent some wonderful time in Split .We felt safe since house provided us privacy .I have to mention amazing restaurant Jure They delivered food to us when we didn't feel going there for a lunch . Exelent place on the beach to enjoy your meal

Great house for families with children

Six adults and five children had a great time. All our expectancies were fulfilled. Wonderful house with everything we needed. The host was very serviceminded. An excellent stay!

Very nice apartment suitable for 10 persons

The property is perfect for family stays. The layout of the bedrooms upstairs is perfect for small children to stay. The pool is very fun friendly but the steps down needs a handrail. It is just a pity that there is no view from the Villa. But the walking down did us good. Also the taxi which Henri gave us to use was brilliant..

We had such a great stay at Henrys and blancas house. They were so welcoming and friendly and the house was very good. Clean, comfortable beds, great pool and a short walk to the supermarket and to the beach. I would definately go back to this beautiful house and place! Thank you Henry and Blanca!

A wonderful villa and excellent hosts

We had a wonderful stay at Blanka’s and Henry's place. The place was perfect for 3 families with 3 bathrooms and plenty of space for the kids to run around and swim!! They were also exceptional hosts in helping us with getting restaurants and tours sorted at better prices and quick in responding to any queries. This certainly made our stay much more relaxing and added to our whole holiday experience. They own several villas at different places so even not available it s worth asking for other places bcz stuning photos .Looking forward to come back

Were not shure what to expect in early october with weather in croatia and with house that had pictures to good to be real. On our arrival day we have realised that house is realy nice . Pool nice and warm . Super wellcoming host and great recommendation for restaurant Jure Must try delicius fresh fish We will highly recommend this amazing lux place and area . Fin villa med härlig pool och trädgård

Villan stämmer väl överens med de bilder som finns i annonsen, även beskrivningen stämmer. Vi var 6 vuxna och 5 barn ( 6-14år) och vi trivdes bra. Bra med utrymme i sovrummen och ett kök som innehöll allt som behövdes. Poolen gjorde vistelsen perfekt då barnen formligen bodde i den när vi var i huset. Gott om solsängar vilket gjorde att alls kunde njuta av vädret. 5 min promenad till affär, bageri och kafé, strandpromenaden ligger precis nedanför och håller på att renoveras. Huset var rent och snyggt skött. Blanca och Henry var fantastiskt gästvänliga när vi var på plats. Enkelt att hålla kontakt och fråga om allt möjligt via Whats Up. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vecka i Villa Dalmatica och kan varmt rekommendera det.

A classy and functional villa, helpful owners!

The apartment was roomy and suitable for a big group (we were 9 adults and 4 children). One of the bedrooms was located downstairs, which was convenient for the senior of our group (87 years old). There were cribs for babies. All of the home appliances worked fine and we had enough hot water. Owners, Blanka and Henry, were very helpful and easy to reach (the house had its own phone). A Tommy´s supermarket and shore were within a walking distance. The house is located outside the city centre so I would recommend renting a car from the airport. It´s the best way to get around. What a beautiful country and kind Croatian people! I highly recommend renting this villa!

Fantastic

What can I say? Henry & Blanka are fantastic, they couldn't have looked after us any better. Henry organised any tour we wanted, our airport transfers, was on hand to answer any questions, recommended restaurants and literally helped us with anything we needed. They even gave us a car and a mobile phone to use! The villa is fantastic too and very clean. It's spacious and well laid out. We didn't get a lot of use of the pool as the weather wasn't on our side but when we did use it, it was great and warm.It was end of November . I couldn't recommend this villa or Henry & Blanka more. Croatia is a beautiful place and I'll definitely be back! Thank you x

Blanka and Henry were amazing hosts. Henry greeted us when our flight got in late at the house and arranged transportation for us from the airport. Upon arrival, he made sure that we were all comfortable and even offered us to go grab some food since we had a long day of travel. He showed us a local place to grab food that night and was so patient with our big group needing to take out money from the ATM and all ordering our food. The next morning, he helped us book all of our activities for the week and was very understandable and helpful. He even drove us to the local supermarket. I would highly recommend staying here because of the beautiful house itself and the help from the hosts. He gave us a cell phone to use for the week with the taxi van number already registered in the phone and taking uber was so affordable.

Lovely pool

Both Hrvoje and Blanka were the most amazing hosts and made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We were met by Blanka at the villa, who very kindly organised all of our airport transfers and taxis to the Krka national park. The house came with a Croatian mobile phone, which was very thoughtful and made our lives so much easier. The villa itself is incredible, easily fitting all 11 members of our group, in beautiful surroundings. All the features were up to a really high standard, and the pool was fantastic! It was also very well located, being five minutes from the local supermarket, and 5 minutes more to the beach. The villa was also 10 minutes to the local bus stop, with buses going right into central Split in 20 minutes. Overall, we had an incredible holiday - the Villa, location and hosts are unbeatable and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!
