4 Glenthorne House is a ground-floor apartment resting in Salcombe, Devon. Hosting two bedrooms, one king-size with balcony access and a twin with a trundle bed and en-suite shower room, together sleeping up to five people and served by a family bathroom. Completing the interior is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. Outside, there is another balcony area and an allocated off-road parking spot. 4 Glenthorne House is a wonderful retreat for enjoying this corner of Devon.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. One allocated off-road parking space next to property. Balcony area. One well-behaved pet welcome. Strictly No Smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Regrettably there is not a facility for electric car charging at the moment.

There are plenty of opportunities to try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip.
