This spacious boutique villa is located high on the cliff side in a quiet area of the picturesque village of Imerovigli. The recently renovated villa is in the style of the traditional cave house but with all the modern conveniences.
It faces towards the sea, volcano, sunset and the famous caldera with private terrace equipped with patio furniture and a hot tub. The location is unique and the view from the terrace is breathtaking!
The property is in the center of the village close to the famous 'Skaros'. Towards Imerovigli is an easy walk, including famous sunsets, cafes, restaurants, private chapels and shops.
From Imerovigli you can take the pathway that goes through Firostefani and finally ends at Fira (25 minutes walking distance).

The recently renovated villa features two semi-private double bedrooms separately located, one on the ground floor and one in the attic. Two private bathrooms with shower, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern facilities along with a dining room area and the entrance to a large private terrace equipped with a hot tub.

Regardless of that, the dream-like view of the volcano, the caldera, the sunset and the picturesque village of Imerovigli from this balcony will provide the guests with an unforgettable experience.

Kindly be informed that according to the new Greek law, which was imposed on all properties located in Greece, the city tax paid so far by the hotels’ guests, was renamed to Climate Resilience Tax. You may find below the relevant charges, which need to be paid by all guests that will stay in our properties from the 1st of January 2024 and on, as they occur according to each property’s category:

Kindly be advised that from April to October is 2,00 euros and for March & November is 0,50 euros.

Please note the amount for the Climate Resilience Tax gets paid directly at the property and under no circumstances is it relative to the accommodation charges. We are then obliged to pay this money to the government for you.
