The Space:
A stunning two-bedroom apartment located in the prestigious Dolphin Quays development on Poole Quay. This is a luxurious and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located on the 4th floor Benefits from two balconies with views through the development to the harbour.

Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lifts to 4th floor. Entrance hall leading to spacious open plan Lounge / dining area with doors to the balcony and views through the development to the harbour. Fully fitted Miele kitchen with breakfast bar. Beautifully furnished and comprehensively equipped throughout. Master bedroom (kingsize double bed) with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) with sliding doors to a further balcony. Second bedroom (Twin 3ft beds or zip and link making a 6ft superkingsize double). Family bathroom (bath, separate walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking - One reserved parking space in the developments own secure car park (max height 2m/6`6").

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - WIFI, 50 inch Smart Samsung Television. DVD player.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, feature 5-burner gas hob with extractor hood, electric oven, fitted microwave. Utility room with washing machine and tumbler dryer.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

The Neighborhood:
POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.

Spacious modern apartment

The apartment is considerably more spacious than other apartments. It's very clean with everything we needed. It's right on Poole Quay with multiple good restaurants nearby.

Beautiful apartment in great location overlooking Poole Quay.

We had a wonderful stay! Booking procedure was simple and quick similarly booking into apartment on arrival. Amazing location for ferries and great reastaurants within 100 yards. Deli/ coffee shop under apartments. Holidays made easy !!!!

Ideal location

Was a well finished and clean property. Ideal facilities. We didn't use the kitchen just used for sailing crew to sleep and shower. Just behind the Poole yacht club so we'll positioned and a 10 min walk to the Poole Quay where our boat was moored

A superb property in a superb location

We wanted a late summer holiday where we could enjoy sunshine (if we were lucky), but if we had poor weather we wanted a property where we could relax and enjoy our stay. This apartment was a great find. We were joined by our daughter and her partner for two days and the place was wonderfully spacious for four adults. The rest of our week was just what we wanted. We left our car parked in the garage and walked or took public transport everywhere. The apartment was right on the Quay allowing us easy access to the town, the ferries and to Poole Park. The train station was a ten minute walk away- so no hassle. There were restaurants and cafés from a quick one minute walk to a leisurely 15 minute stroll. The apartment was large, beautifully furnished with everything we needed to make us feel at home. We ate out a lot, but also enjoyed cooking at home. The weather was very kind to us, so despite it being late September we also took advantage of the terrace to have a morning coffee and an early evening drink. You could not fail to enjoy yourself here!

Property was a spacious, very well equipped and comfortable, ideally situated to enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend.
