3 Story Beach House 3 dormitorios 3 baños completos con literas.

Planta baja tiene una suite King con sofá-cama en el den que tiene un bar y nevera de tamaño completo. Gran patio que tiene comedor al aire libre junto a la piscina con vistas panorámicas del Golfo. La lavandería se encuentra a un lado en el camino por las escaleras hacia la sala de estar principal.

La planta principal se abre a una gran sala de estar con más de 12 pies techos abovedados que sería el punto central de su experiencia de cine con sonido envolvente y una gran pantalla de TV vía satélite con reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio principal con su pequeño balcón privado se encuentra fuera de la gran cocina abierta con una barra de desayuno y la iluminación ambiente nocturno. El comedor tiene una gran mesa de madera única con capacidad para 8 y el acceso a un gran balcón con vistas a la piscina y el Golfo de México.

3 ª planta King Master suite tiene sala de estar con un 60 'Samsung TV de pantalla plana HD y walk-in closet. Disfrute de espectaculares vistas a la playa del Golfo desde la zona de estar del balcón principal. El baño principal tiene un gran walk-in 6 'X 8' ducha doble vanidad privado maquillaje estación con su propio y su aseos y mucho espacio en el mostrador. La zona de literas se encuentra en este piso al lado del pasillo.

Estacionamiento para 2 autos en el camino de entrada y 5 autos en la parte posterior de la casa (lado del Golfo).
El supermercado Carousel está justo al lado de su comida y las necesidades de compras del hogar.

We loved staying here! The house is comfortable and decorated very nice! It’s close to great places to eat and the Carousel grocery store is within walking distance and a great place to go! The pool is great and they had lots of beach chairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Location- Peaceful get away!

Great location- clean, quiet, quick access to beach, and very accurate representation of property. Each floor has a bedroom so there is plenty of space to spread out for your own space to unwind during the evenings. View was awesome. Dinner on the balcony were great with plenty of room for the crowd. The property is far enough away from the crazy traffic and tourist spots but able to drive there very quickly for shopping and dinners.

Wonderful!

We love this house! We booked it two summers in a row. It’s spacious, well stocked, clean and comfortable! The location is perfect. It’s in a quiet area, but a very short drive to all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to a supermarket and Thomas donuts. The beach area isn’t crowded at all. We love the private pool! Can’t wait to go back!!

Family first

Idk how long this house has been here but we have come to PCB for 12 yrs now, and for the longest time my kids have wanted to stay here. I gotta say it’s one of the best experiences we have had, nothing better than having all your kids and adult kids under 1 roof to enjoy your favorite place in the world. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home and make lasting memories. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay.

The property was in great condition in the most ideal location imaginable. Private parking, steps from the gulf on a quiet stretch of beach, grocery/liquor store a short walk to the right, donut/pizza/ice cream shop a short walk to the left. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs/toys which was an unexpected surprise. Overall we had a great stay. The pool was in substandard condition and the property manager was not able to get anyone out to help. I understand based on location the sand in the pool is unavoidable but it only ran occasionally and was often just still water. The property manager did promptly have a locksmith out when a problem with a door arose. Truly would have been an out of this world experience if the pool was cleaner, as the rest of the property couldn’t have been better. We had a wonderful trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Thought the hot water didn’t work in the master shower but it was because shower was backwards. The hot water control is the cold knob. The pool was a great asset. We had 7 and could have slept more. We love enjoying it in the evening after spending the day on the beach. Great morning views of the Gulf of Mexico. I couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy my family for the week. We hope to be back! Loved every minute of the home!

The only downside is the 3rd floor master either the ceilings are too high or the fan over the bed is broken. It randomly shuts off or we didn’t know how to operate it properly. And it seems the room never cooled off making nights very hard to get comfortable when you are used to sleeping in very cool rooms. Other than that it was a beautiful and very well taken care of property right across from the beach. Very private.

The water pressure is so bad that you can't wash the soap off your body at times and for sure can't wash the shampoo out of your hair. Terribly displeased with the water issues but everything else is so nice. Beautiful home and great quiet location. The water pressure is the only reason I'm not giving it a 5. Everything was very clean except for the floors which were really nasty but everything else seemed clean and very well kept.

All amenities we needed were there. They beach is just across the street and never crowded. We brought our own Chairs and umbrellas. There was a beach cart in garage that was a great help in getting our things to the beach. We had some ants in the kitchen and the management company promptly called for some one to come handle that. The road is not busy and there is a grocery store next door that has everything you need. Pier Park was just down the road for lots of things to do. The bunk room had been updated to a twin over full that was super comfortable. Lots of space for everyone. We are definitely looking at booking this one again.

Nice house but not everything worked

The major issue we had was the pool is not heated. According to the pool maintenance company that came by during our stay, this has been an issue for awhile and the owners are not fixing it. Without the heat, there is definitely no chance of using this pool. Way too cold. The street to cross to get to the beach is a little busier than I expected but once you’re at the beach it’s gorgeous white sand! The house is in a great area if you want to avoid the constant congestion of downtown Panama but also take advantage of the restaurants and shops.

Reviewer Comments: Paid for early check-in however dirty linens waded up on bed in downstairs BR, no batteries in 3 remotes, Dishes(clean)still in DW, outside outlets don't work, Pool not clean,4 pots by pool need plants or remove them, No instructions for any electronics nor outside speakers, Frig doors in kitchen need adjustment to close properly, Master BR shower big disappointment, MB furniture needed dusting, Outside trash cans overflowing, prior guest did not place trash to be picked up, Reclining chairs on 3rd balcony don't recline due to rusted frames as well as zero gravity chairs by pool, exterior door hardware needs replacing 1st floor by pool, dinning room French door needs inside molding around glass, ALL outside decking is flaking-needs replacing, Garage has extremely tight parking, carpet on 1st floor stairs needs retackling, no cabinet space for guests to place groceries.

Wonderful location in Laguna Beach, FL

The property is perfectly located across the street from the beach. It's conveniently close (less than a block) from a grocery store and there's a doughnut/ice cream shop again about a block in the opposite direction. The home is very clean as I wiped down common surfaces as an extra precaution and I didn't pick up anything. We had an absolute wonderful stay, but there are several reasons why my review is 4 * rather than 5. Here are some suggestions to the property management/owners: 1. The property is a beach house/home so you should provide beach towels for your guests. 2. The grill didn't work and a maintenance person diligently came out the following day after notifying the management company. This was at the beginning of our stay so we thought that we'd get a new grill as per the maintenance person recommendation, but 5 days later and no grill and it was time to leave. The grill had seen better days waaaay before our stay. It would've been nice to be able to use one. 3. The property has a beautiful pool, that unfortunately is NOT heated. For the amount per night in the summer, the pool should be heated. I understand that the current system broke multiple times, but owners should invest $s into the property and replace it. Overall a wonderful stay and an easy 5 * if the above mentioned suggestions are addressed.

Wouldn’t stay again

The house is in a great location with Pier Park being a short 10 minute drive one way while all the great 30a beaches, shops, and restaurants being a short 13-20 minute drive the opposite way! There is a grocery store right next door. The house has so much room that you could easily have a few families staying. Even though we were told there were not beach chairs, there actually were some in the garage. Now for the negatives and why I wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of towels throughout the house was a shock to me! One kitchen towel. One hand towel for each bathroom sink and only 2 bath towels for each bathroom. This was far less than needed even for just my family of 5! We had to wash towels daily which I would prefer not to do while on vacation! The tiles on the balcony’s and pool area are all busted and crumbled. Your feet got filthy just walking out to a chair. It was hard to enjoy time outside because of this. The windows were so filthy that you couldn’t see out of them! We stayed for 13 days and there wasn’t a window cleaner there once during our stay. The front beach road in front of the house gets very busy and noisy! We were woke up before the sun came up every morning. The beach parking is very busy right in front of the house also! The pool is a whole situation and not ideal! Cold, dirty, and not enjoyable! This was the reason we booked this house. The blinds are horrible throughout and some of the windows were oven moldy and not properly sealed.

We had one issue where the air stopped working in the main level and thankfully they were able to get fixed our first night there. We def would stay again at this location. Lesson Learned: So disappointed in FOURSTAR Property MGMT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in at 1 pm on June 10th the temperature in the main living area was 79 degrees! I immediately made a call to FourStar. Bottom line, our family spent a week at the Front Beach House without AC on the main living floor and it was not repaired until 5 pm the night before we checked out. There was never an offer made to relocate us to another home and the inconvenience of having 3 fans blowing and creating noise 24 hours a day to help alleviate the heat (they brought over) as well as having a room air conditioner (they brought over on Wednesday) that had to be exhausted out of the main floor bathroom exhaust fan because there were no windows to use. That bathroom – right off the kitchen was easily at 90 degrees if not more. We did our best to secure the door so that the heat didn’t escape into the kitchen. Miserable. While unforeseen circumstances can arise, it is essential to ensure that rental properties are properly maintained and equipped with functional amenities to meet the expectations of guests. The lack of air conditioning had a profound impact on our family’s ability to relax and fully enjoy the time we spent that week. Considering the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this situation, we requested that FourStar provide suitable compensation. Their first offer was less than 1 percent of the rental price. Their second/final offer was again not suitable based on what was experienced and what one would expect. Also, accepting their final lowball offer of $1,000 meant that we could not share our experience. We declined in hopes to help future families not go through what we did. We strongly suggest going through a more reputable company. The house needs attention, all the doors are a mess and the grill had bricks holding it up as one leg was broken. Way too much kitchen stuff yet no pantry or area to store groceries. Enjoy all that PCB has to offer BUT through another established company.
