We have never had this complaint about the Master being hot. I wish you would have called us and we could have at least showed you how to use the ceiling fan and even see if we could have redirected some of the A/C flow to the master. We will be doing that today since we just found this out.

Thank you for your review. This is the 1st time the water pressure has ever been an issue here. We will have to look into it. The water heater temp adjustment is in the master closet and it's a tankless water heater. Hope to see you back soon.

Thank you for your review and I appreciate you staying with us honestly. Correct, there is no pool heater and you're just asking for a disappointment for assuming that we would have a pool heater even though we don't advertise it. Then we get a review with a title like "Nice house but not everything works" and a 3 star for property condition. Even though the property and it's contents are in good operating order. Thanks.

Hello Tiffany and thank you for the review. We are a bit surprised to read your negative review as the only phone call we received was about the pool being dirty. We called the number on your reservation to inquire if the pool company had come to clean as we had called them to make to have them come clean and wanted to confirm with you, the guest. But we never heard back from you. Which is surprising. We do not state that there are no beach chairs, we state that there is no complimentary beach service which is when a company has the beach chairs and umbrella set up for your on the beach. That is different than having to carry beach chairs and umbrellas that are in the house. So apologies for the confusion. In regards to the towels, which we clearly state in our paperwork is per bathroom: 4 towels, 2 hand towels and 4 wash cloths per bathroom. So your numbers are inaccurate and we received no phone calls from you are your group that these were insufficient during your stay. Our office is a only 4 minutes from the house so assisting you would have been efficient. Why do guests not call our office to report an issue? It is also ironic that the 2 guests staying prior to your stay, gave the property and 10 out of 10 and reported none of the issues that you reported. That being said, we do appreciate the feedback and we have since had the windows cleaned and we are reviewing and updating the number of towels we leave in the kitchen. We are also investigating the tiles on the pool area and balconies as we have not received previous reports of that as well. Thank you again for the feedback and we certainly wish some of these would have been communicated to us during your stay so we could respond. Best of luck in future travels
