Amazing place and location

We stayed here with our family of 5 and it was perfect! Great location and had everything we needed. Kids loved the hot tub and we loved having some trails right by the condo. It is super close to so many restaurants too! Highly recommend!

Great Park City property

My wife and I spent 7 nights in this property in September visiting Park City and the surrounding area. The building was in a quiet residential neighborhood but still just a very short walk to the historic Park City downtown. The unit was as described: clean, well provisioned, up to date, and with all the amenities needed to make one feel comfortable and fully at home for an extended stay. The hosts were always immediately responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the general Park City vicinity and who prefers home living rather than hotel living.

This property was perfect for our group of 4. We had more that enough room. The location cannot be beat. Right at the bottom of Main Street.

Excellent property and hosts

This property met all of our needs extremely well. The location is so convenient to Main Street and the Town Lift, and the 3BR 3BA floor plan fit our group perfectly. The communication with Kollin and Matt was great, and the unit was well stocked and very clean. This was our second stay in Town Pointe, and we enjoyed this unit more than the previous one. We highly recommend this property, and hope to be back there soon.

Prime Rental Unit

This well appointed, comfortable unit is located within a short walk to Main Street. The underground parking space with elevator access to the floor on which the unit is located is very convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries. The view of Park City from the porch is really nice as well. The kitchen is also well stocked with supplies. However, an outdoor gas grill would be a good addition for the owner to make. Overall, it's an excellent rental unit.

Nice place - not so great communication

Condo was great - good location, well-appointed. Only concerns were that I had to request the check-in information the day before check-in, and check-out information was not provided until the day of check-out. I had also asked a couple of times for itinerary suggestions about a month before our stay, but these were provided only the day before we came, which made them essentially useless.

Park city 1st time visit

Great property, location, condition. Very comfortable and everything needed was there! Excellent place. Recommend manager/owner provide check in instructions sooner than the day prior to rental. Had to spend an hour with VRBO discussing contingency plans and hotels in case we could not check in. That was stressful…as no response to our emails and calls.

Location Location Location

Ever heard that before describing real estate. It is a very short walk to Main Street and the town lift in Park city. This condo was perfect for 6 adults and a 10 month old. The condo was very clean , spacious and had a nice view. I’d like to thank Kollin for being a very accommodating host. We have already talked about returning. I highly recommend this unit.

Kollin is an outstanding host and went out of his way to accommodate our needs! The place is the ideal location to walk to downtown and the town lift. We can't wait for our next stay!

Great Host, Great Location

Great condo - fully equipped. Minutes walk to town lift and the heart of the city. Kolin is a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in Ideal Location

Beautiful condo in an ideal location next to downtown and the town lift which gave us easy access to the slopes. The condo had everything we needed, and the owners were very responsive too! We would definitely stay there again.

Family ski trip

We had a great time in this rental. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you could need. Close proximity to ski lift. This was our second time to stay here and would highly recommend it.

Clean, well-equipped, and in a great location! Easy walk to historic downtown Park City. The condo was as described, and we loved the hot tub on the deck! Kollin was very responsive. You won't regret staying here!

Awesome Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! The location is ideal - very close to Main Street so it was nice to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Everything was so comfortable on the inside of the condo and it was nice to have a designated parking space in the garage. We would definitely recommend staying here and will try to stay here again.

Very comfortable and excellent location

The condo is less than 5 minutes from Main Street and the Town Lift. It’s accessibility to restaurants, shops and skiing made it a fantastic choice. The unit would have plenty of room for 3 couples, with 3 large bedrooms, a well furnished kitchen and comfortable living room. Not to mention...the hot tub. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great condo, great location.

The condo was very clean and extremely well appointed. The location was supper convenient, just a block from the town lift and all the restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely go back.
