We had a great stay here . Alessandro and his family were very welcoming and friendly and communication prior to and during our trip was excellent and quick in response . We were given great recommendations for visits and restaurants ect . The apartment was clean and comfortable and a great base to explore the many various beautiful towns and beaches of the area . Our highlights were a trip up Etna and Ortigia with its many restaurants to sample the delicious local food .

Great accommodation

It is a beautiful place, near the beach, the old town of Syracuse and other nice villages with lots of possibilities for dining etc. Alessandro is a great host. Very kind and informative. Only for him it is worth booking!

Great stay!

Alessandro was so sweet. Very attentive, helpful, patient. Very clean property, in a private area, near the beach! The pool is nice as well, the weather wasn’t good when we went, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool too much. Either way, I recommend it!

Great time

We had a great time in the holiday home in a former farmhouse from the 19th century. The very large pool was in a beautiful garden. It was very quiet as there were no neighbours, just olive trees. The incredibly nice owner Alessandro was always on hand to answer any questions we had and gave us lots of very good tips for restaurants, beaches etc. All in all, a wonderful holiday!

Family holiday

Enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely property not far from Syracuse and in a great location for exploring this beautiful part of Sicily. The apartment itself has been beautifully restored to a high standard with comfortable bedrooms a great living area and was very clean and functional. There is a lovely outside area and fantastic pool which the kids loved. The host, Alessandro was wonderful and welcoming - he gave us lots of useful information about the local area and was always on hand if we needed anything during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this lovely property for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to Syracuse and within easy reach of local sandy beaches.

Traditional Sicilian farmstead

We had a lovely time staying here and it went much too quickly. Alessandro and his family are perfect hosts, making us feel very welcome, Alessandro even leaving us a gift of his mother's home made almond pesto, some farm grown organic lettuces and olive oil, all delicious. Alessandro also gave us lots of useful tips about the local area. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated and worked well for our group size. The swimming pool area was great (the little kitten a bonus) and the original farm buildings provided added character.

Great Central Location

This apartment is located on a beautiful organic farm. It's sets back from the main road so it is very quiet and safe but not difficult to find. It's located perfectly between the city of Siracusa and the gorgeous beaches. Nothing we wanted to do was more than a 20 or 40 minute drive. The hosts are very nice and they're was another lovely family staying in another apartment. Everyone was friendly but also gave us plenty of space and privacy. The real star of the property was Teresa a super cute beagle my kids fell in love with! They wanted to take her home. The apartment was clean and suitable for our needs. Two air conditioning units kept it quite comfortable in the Sicilian heat. We got extra treats from the farm with fresh lettuces and figs delivered by Alessandro, this made our stay so much more personable and memorable.

Fabulous Place

We had a fantastic stay in Alessandro's apartment. You need a hire car for this property but it is very well located with lots of beautiful cities, towns, villages and beaches all in close proximity. The apartment on two floors has covered seating outside and a lovely pool which we used a lot with sun loungers around it. The kitchen had a hob and oven and a fridge/ freezer. The apartment was short of glasses and we had no baking tray but that was the only thing I felt it lacked. Alessandro was lovely. As soon as we arrived he gave us links to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and places to visit which was really helpful and we used most of his recommendations. I would highly recommend this area of Sicily to visit and Allesandro's apartments. Thank you. We had a wonderful holiday and you were a wonderful host. x

Spiel in der falschen Liga

Das Inserat und die Wirklichkeit stimmen in unserer Wahrnehmung leider nicht überein. Das Objekt liegt sehr abgelegen 15 min vom nächsten Ort und dem Meer entfernt. Die Zufahrt ist mit Sträuchern und Kakteen so zugewuchert, dass man das Mietauto verkratzt. Das im Inserat mit dem Pool abgebildete Haus ist das Wohnhaus der Eigentümer. Das Objekt besteht aus 3 Ferienwohnungen, die so nahe aneinander liegen, dass man beim Nachbarn über die Terrasse laufen muss und natürlich auch alles mithören darf. Wir waren glücklicherweise die meiste Zeit die einzigen Mieter. Die Wohnungen liegen in einem renovierten Gebäude, wobei bei der Badausstattung einige alte Elemente übernommen wurden. Die Einrichtung ist neu und funktional, aber unser (sogenanntes Schlaf)sofa war schon total durch. Dafür waren die Betten ok. Die Ausstattung für unsere (5 Personen-)Wohnung umfasste 4 Teller und 2 Weingläser, so dass ich einfach nachgekauft habe. Die Terrassenmöbel waren nicht mehr komplett benutzbar, weil sich viele Hozverzapfungen gelöst hatten. Die Eigentümer sind unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben am Sonntag sogar Spagetti mit selbstgemachtem Pesto gekriegt und uns auch sonst gut mit ihnen verstanden. Das Highlight ist der riesige Pool, der aber etwas mehr Pflege vertragen könnte. Die Aufmachung des Inserats und auch der Preis spiegeln ein Objekt in der eher gehobenen Kategorie vor, was durch den Pool unterstrichen werden soll. Die Realität passt leider nicht ganz dazu.

Al mare... In campagna!

La villetta è in un bellissimo giardino con piscina a un paio di chilometri dalla spiaggia più vicina. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Ci sono due livelli ben attrezzati. Climatizzatore, lavatrice, forno.... La piscina è tenuta molto bene. C'è un gazebo sul prato con tavolo e sedie. Le scale interne sono ripide e strette da tenere presente per chi ha bambini piccoli (meno di 3 anni). Siamo stati benissimo anche se consiglio ( potendo scegliere) periodi meno affollati, purtroppo la sera per raggiungere Siracusa ( distante appena 10 minuti) abbiamo impiegato anche un'ora e mezza.

Stadt- und meernah und doch auf dem Land

Nette Unterkunft in bester Lage - man kann baden im Meer, ist schnell in den tollen Städten Syrakus und Noto, aber auch im Inland, hat fast allein einen unschlagbaren Pool im Garten - nicht zu vergessen die von den Kindern am liebsten gleich adoptierten Katzen. Alessandro ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schöner sizilianischer Hof mit großzügigem Pool

Schön geschnittene und gemütliche Maisonette Wohnung mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Allesandro und seine Familie sind sehr freundliche, herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Speziell Alessandro hat uns in allen Belangen, insbesondere bei Fragen zu lohnenswerten Zielen in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung, immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Der schöne Garten wird von den Familienmitgliedern, die ebenfalls auf dem Hof wohnen, liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool hat klares sauberes Wasser und wird bewusst nicht gechlort. Die Familie von Alessandro hat für sich und die Gäste ein kleines Paradies geschaffen, von dem aus schöne Tagesausflüge in den gesamten Südosten und ins Landesinnere sehr gut unternommen werden können. Besonders schön für Kinder ist, dass auf dem Hof neben einem unheimlich liebenswerten Hund auch niedliche Kätzchen wohnen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt und können ohne Einschränkung dieses idyllische Feriendomiziel weiterepfehlen. Unser herzlicher Dank gilt Alessandro und seiner Familie!

Casa Perfetta,Relax Assicurato,Piscina Fantastica!

Tutto perfetto, casa bellissima completa di tutto e molto accogliente. Pulita, ben attrezzata, ben arredata, confortevole, gli spazi sono ben studiati con diversi punti di relax. La piscina è FAVOLOSA!!! Vicina al mare, posizione strategica per andare a visitare le mete turistiche più importanti. La spiaggia e bellissima e l'acqua cristallina. Consiglierei questo immobile sicuramente!!!

Soggiorno perfetto!!!

La casa è esattamente come da fotografia, STUPENDA! Dotata di tutti i comfort che possono essere utili ad una famiglia in vacanza: area esterna per mangiare, parcheggio interno, aria condizionata, lavatrice lenzuola, asciugamani ma soprattutto una piscina stupenda. I proprietari sono persone deliziose, sempre pronte a dare un consiglio su posti da visitare o ristoranti in cui valga la pena mangiare. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia di arenella (5 min di auto), rimane fuori dalla zona più caotica di Ortigia all'insegna del relax ed della tranquillità. assolutamente consigliato!!!!!
