Precioso apartamento en villa con piscina en Siracusa

La villa está dividida en 2 apartamentos independientes. Mi esposo y yo vivimos en uno. El apartamento de invitados consta de 1 habitación con cama doble y aire acondicionado, 1 habitación con 2 camas y aire acondicionado, cocina con horno, nevera, lavadora y todos los utensilios necesarios y un amplio baño con ducha y bañera. esquina, 2 lavabos, bidet y WC.
Afuera, los huéspedes tienen una terraza privada con mesa y 4 sillas, barbacoa y horno de leña y un hermoso jardín.
También hay una mesa de fútbol.

También hay una gran piscina para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes;
La casa está rodeada principalmente de campo.
Por lo tanto, se recomienda tener un automóvil para viajar.
A 2 minutos a pie hay un gran supermercado bien abastecido que también vende alimentos listos para llevar.
Mi casa está ubicada en una posición estratégica, en 15 minutos en coche se llega al centro histórico (donde se encuentra la famosa pequeña playa de Calarossa), en 5 minutos al teatro griego y en 20 minutos a las playas más cercanas. Además, el acceso a la autopista es rápido y fácil y, por lo tanto, ideal para visitar lugares como Noto, Taormina, Ragusa y Modica.

Very Nice VRBO!

We enjoyed our stay. Charlotte was very communicative. The guest house was very clean and up to date. Kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very nice. Great privacy, including the pool. Close to the bus stop if you want to bus into Ortigia instead of dealing with parking.

Fantastic property and host

Had a fantastic stay at Charlotte’s property. She was very helpful and recommended good restaurants during our stay. We are a family of four and it was really nice to have the pool for our own afternoon siesta. Good location and easy to get into Siracusa/Ortigia and beyond. Highly recommend.

Spacious house with swimmingpool

Very friendly owner Charlotte! Nice and spacious house with bbq and swimmingpool. Well situated with a big supermarket very nearby and a short drive to get into Saracusa. You will need a car though to get around.

Lovely Villa with pool

The villa was perfectly located to travel around sites and tourist spots. It was clean & bright & had everything your could possibly need for self catering. We did eat out a lot as well. The pool was a really good size and was very clean. Charlotte was a lovely host. Excellent communication before our stay and had hints and tips while we were there.

Perfect location, perfect villa!

We had a great stay, it was the relaxing holiday we wanted. Charlotte was a perfect host, not only regarding the villa, which was excellent but with all the useful information for the immediate vicinity and further a field. The villa was in a good location for Syracuse and for hopping on the motorway to explore the region. We would definitely recommend a stay here, if you're looking for a relaxing break, exploring or a mixture of both as we were. Perfect!

Amazing

We are a dutch family of 4 and stayed with Charlotte in august. We had a realy great time. The garden is amasing and the pool is realy nice and very clean. The house is comfortabel and complete. The house is is a good base for day trips, nice towns, nice and beautifull beaches and to visit the Etna. We highly recorment a stay here.

Charming villa

Lovely villa, well equipped, fantastic cooking facilities BBQ & pizza oven Pool was very welcome with the heat. Charlotte the owner was fantastic answered any questions we had explained about the bus service close by to take us to Origigia. First for us we got clean towels & bedding after our first week this made a welcome change so I didn’t have to wash them Syracuse is a beautiful place to stop lots to see & do. Loved the Kola bar which was a short 14 min walk away. Plenary of restaurant within a 20-30 min walk Lovely beaches we drive to 25 mins away & Etna a must see Fabulous 10/10

Excellent apartment

Every apartment should come with its own Charlotte, very welcoming even on our late arrival and very knowledgeable with nothing seeming too much trouble. The apartment is situated 100mts from a very good supermarket that stays open till 9pm (and does fresh pizza!! to take out) . Well equipped kitchen , spacious bedrooms with fabulous aircon. Very private accommodation even though the owners lived in the front part of the property the pool area and rear patio are all yours for relaxing in and not overlooked at all. All in all a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great appartment and a good pool

Our host Charlotte was very welcoming and we felt very welcom when we arrived. Good size appartment with all you need, two bedrooms with AC and a nice outdoor area, and the pool was super fun! The only thing we could think of that would make the place complete was Mar shading on the outdoor space, it gets super hot! We felt like we had the whole place to our self. There home feels safe with high fences and a gate. There is a good supermarket just a few minutes walk. There isn't much else going on just outside the hose, so you need a car to get around. The hos has good tips and hints for the area around Siracusa.

Charlotte ci ha accolti con un sorriso nella sua bella casa! Lei gentilissima e davvero molto disponibile, la casa perfetta! Ampio bagno, letto comodissimo, cucina ben attrezzata. La piscina è più grande di quello che appare in foto. Affianco casa c'è un comodo supermercato e con l'auto in massimo 10 minuti si raggiunge comodamente Ortigia. Posizione quindi eccellente.Prenotate senza alcun indugio, ne vale davvero la pena!

Très bon séjour a Syracuse

Très agréable séjour dans cette location. Nous la recommandons pour son côté fonctionnel, sa localisation a proximité de la vieille ville de Syracuse et des commerces. La piscine est un réel plaisir! Hôtes sympathiques présents dans une partie de la maison mais discrets et disponibles.

Belle maison et belle personne.

Merci à Charlotte pour son accueil et son aide . Grande maison, bien équipée. Beaux espaces extérieurs, laissés au bénéfice des locataires. Très bonne communication. Point de départ pour decouvrir le sud-est en voiture pour nous.S il y a quelque chose à dire c est la route fréquentée a proximité mais la maison est très bien isolée phoniquement. Merci Charlotte. Perfekt boende för vår familj!

Denna bostad passade oss utmärkt! Mysig trädgård och uteplats. Pool som uppskattades framförallt av barnen. Charlotte är en mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Närheten till en välsorterad mataffär utnyttjades flitigt av oss. Bra utgångsläge för både längre utflykter och besök inne i Syrakusa. Vi återvänder gärna hit!

Ein Oase der Freude

Was kann man über Charlottes Unterkunft sagen, außer dass sie einen ganz besonderen Ort ihr Zuhause nennen kann und man als Draufgabe eine Unterkunftgeberin die mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit einen den Urlaub zum wahren Erlebnis macht. Wir haben das Gefühl eine Freundin dazugewonnen zu haben und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Also in Summe kann ich nur sagen: Charlottes Zuhause ist ein Paradebeispiel für die Italienische Gastfreundschaft!

Excellent séjour

Charlotte et Sebastiano sont charmants, accueillants et discrets. La location est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. La piscine très propre s'est révélée très agreable et indispensable alors que la température atteignait 40 degrés! Le petit jardin est maginifique! Le coin barbecue très bien entretenu nous a permis de cuisiner tranquillement des saucisses bien grillées. La location est très propre, bien équipée en particulier avec la climatisation elle aussi indispensable. Elle est très bien située pour se rendre au centre de Syracuse ou pour naviguer dans la région. Merci encore à Charlotte et Sebastiano A bientôt!

schöne Wohnung mit Garten und großem Pool

Hallo Charlotte, wir haben uns in Deinem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt bei Dir sehr genossen. Besonders der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und die schöne Terrasse nach hinten heraus. Dadurch haben wir den Lärm der nahen Straße nicht so laut mitbekommen. Vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft und guten Tipps die Du uns gegeben hast.
