Dear Teresa, Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We're delighted that you enjoyed your time here. We understand your concern about the odor from the pipes. Being located in the heart of downtown in a building from the 18th century means that occasionally, depending on various factors such as weather conditions, there might be a slight smell in the neighborhood. We do take measures to address this by providing plugs, as we informed you upon your arrival, which help mitigate any odors. We appreciate your understanding and hope that despite this minor inconvenience, you had a pleasant stay overall. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can assist you with. Best regards,
