Luxury Villa Timeless with private, heated (from the season 2023. May - November) pool, sauna, jacuzzi and playroom. Perfect for 8 persons, located in the small, picturesque village Gata. Immersed in beautiful nature, 7 km away from the sea, it will provide a perfect escape from everyday stress. Villa contains spa room with sauna, jacuzzi and shower, all connected with the heated pool. Three en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area. Kids can enjoy in slide, swing, trampoline and table tennis.
The first floor has a spacious, modern kitchen, fully equipped with a modern kitchen island and a spacious dining area. The living area is connected to them and has satellite TV with free Wi-Fi. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
Next to the living area there is a small toilet and relaxing, spa room with sauna and jacuzzi. This room is connected to the outdoor pool.
Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower and one with shower and bathtub), both air - conditioned with a king size beds (180x200).
On spacious and modern gallery is a playroom with tv, console and sofa. On the same floor is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), air conditioning, king size bed (180x200) and extendable sofa for 1 person.
Additionally, we have small separate apartment on the ground floor that can be rented on demand if that fits needs of your group better. It consists with one bedroom with queen size bed (160x200), bathroom with a shower, small kitchen with dining and living area.
Outdoor area contends 26sqm pool (8,5 X 3 meters) with large decking, 6 pool chairs, coffee table, 2 sunshades, kids’ playground with a slide, swing, trampoline and table tennis.
Two parking spots are provided on the property.
Small but beautiful city Omis, hometown of ancient and famous pirates is just few miles away, surrounded with beautiful sand beaches... And Split, just 14 miles away is real Adriatic gem in which you will be able to explore emperor Diocletian palace and many shooting location from famous Game of thrones serial.... But if you are more nature type of person beautiful mountains and wonderful river Cetina will bring smile on your face for sure...
