OUTDOOR is only several steps lower than the living area and offers: a private swimming pool 50sqm with a fully automated salt electrolysis system and a Jacuzzi (Hot-Tub) with absolute privacy, a spacious sun deck area with 8 sun lounge chairs and a shaded area with artificial grass, a comfortable and covered outdoor dining area with a traditional barbecue, a fenced playground with a trampoline, a swing, badminton plot, and grass mini golf, a lounge sitting area, all surrounded with Mediterranean plants and nice and unspoiled village environment.The outdoor area around the pool area is completely fenced. There are 4 parking places secured in the courtyard.

In ancient times, Gata was the center of the Republic of Poljica, as evidenced by numerous monuments preserved in the Historical Museum in Gata that you can visit. There are two local restaurants and one minimarket nearby. For bigger shopping or more restaurants you can visit Omiš (7km from the villa).
River Cetina has a beautiful canyon, and behind every corner, there is some surprise. And the most beautiful of all are two waterfalls, Velika (49 meters) and Mala (7 meters) Gubavica, located near the village of Zadvarje.
Those who are adventurous can sail on the board, and engage in free climbing, diving, canyoning, kayaking, rafting, hiking, trekking, and zip lines. Friendly owner Kate will gladly share the recommendations and information about what to visit, where to eat and which activities would be perfect for you, upon your arrival. Due to the vicinity of the famous town Split (half hour drive, 27km) it is a must visit point with many history attractions, a famous Diocletian's palace, and more. All traffic communications are near: the SPU airport (43 km), main seaport in Split (27 km) and the motorway Blato Na Cetini (14 km), golf and tennis courts only 20km far from the villa.

Villa Beybe can accommodate up to 8 people, everything offered is recently refurbished with high quality and it is indeed beautifully decorated. Owners have several-year experience with renting and take care of their guests very well, so we are sure you will have a great time in Villa Beybe.
Pet Policy for Guests:

We kindly request that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring your dog (please note only one/two dog/s is/are allowed per stay). This will allow us to notify the property owners accordingly.
An additional fee of 100€ (per stay, per pet), payable only in cash, at your arrival.
Home Pet Rules:

Pets are not permitted to use the pool.
Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

VILLA BEYBE is a newly refurbished 4-bedroom villa located in the quiet mountain area of village Gata, the hinterland of small Mediterranean town Omiš (7km), and here you can see a traditional way of life with an amazing and rich history. You can explore beautiful hiking trails on Mosor slopes, positioned less than 10 min drive to get to the pebble and sandy beach, town Omiš, and also to Cetina river where you can try rafting and other activities that Cetina river offers like Zip-Line, canoeing and many more.
Villa Beybe is perfect for a relaxed family vacation and for a romantic getaway offering a private pool of 50m2 and a Jacuzzi (Hot Tub), a covered outdoor dining area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Table tennis, Pool table, playground and a natural and unspoiled environment.

Your 4-legged family members (dogs) are more than welcome in this Villa, and the price is €100 per dog per stay. Also, importantly for the sake of other guests, pets are not allowed to swim in the pool or sleep on the beds or sofa, so please be kind to bring their own bed.
