Modern and imaginative construction and an excellent position near the sea distinguish Villa Stella as a truly unique building.It is located in Dugi Rat, near the picturesque town of Omiš, which is full of diversity and offers a variety of attractions for its visitors. The villa consists of 4 buildings connected by external bridges, offering a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. Walking across the bridges with a light breeze and the sunset truly leaves you breathless.
Two buildings are intended for the accommodation of guests, while the other two serve as an internal staircase and are connected by romantic bridges.One of the buildings was built as a single-story building and has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. At the top of the building is a terrace with a sunbathing area, surrounded by bridges.
The second building consists of the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor of this building, there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a side kitchen that serves as an auxiliary when you need to quickly brew coffee, tea, or cocoa in the late evening or early morning hours.On the first floor, comfort is provided by a large living room with an attached well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and double beds, at least 160 x 200 cm in size.
On the total outdoor area of 200 m², refreshment on hot summer days is provided by the unusually shaped pool with its 30 m².In the shade of the bridges, stretching above the ground floor and connecting the buildings' first floor, comfortable outdoor furniture provides relaxation and rest after all the activities.
