Apartamento reformado en la zona de Levante con terraza y vistas panorámicas a la ciudad y el mar, en Benidorm. Posee 2 dormitorios y capacidad para 6 personas.

Alojamiento de 96 m² amueblado con gusto y moderno, con vistas al mar y a la montaña.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado en todo el alojamiento, calefacción por bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria+infantil de temporada, piscina climatizada comunitaria de temporada, al menos una de las piscinas permanecerá abierta todo el año, zona infantil, pista de tenis, pista de fútbol y basket, pista de padel, gimnasio, garaje privado en mismo edificio, 3 Televisores, Smart TV, secador, plancha.

La cocina independiente de inducción, está equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, horno, congelador, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

- Se retiene un depósito de 200€ en tarjeta de crédito/débito como fianza o efectivo en su defecto.

Great value for money

The apartment was a perfect location to shops and bars and the beach front. We used the parking which was a massive bonus. The apartment is a good size and had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the balcony were excellent. Great value for money We were only provided one fob to access the property and pool areas which caused some difficulties. We did ask for a further fob however was advised that the cost to replace the same was expensive if we lost the same.

Beds and settees were really comfortable

Beds and settees were really comfortable. Location was great. Lovely outdoor pool and sunbathing area but you pay 3 euros per day for a sunbed which is reasonable. No waiting for lifts and lifts and entrance kept very clean. No instructions on how to work the cooker.

Beautiful apartment for our short stay.

The views are fantastic and the apartment is lovely and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. A little bit of maintenance is required on the ensuite shower door.

Beautiful comfy apartment.

View from balcony and location to restaurants bars etc plenty of cutlery, towels, comfy sofas and beds great nights sleep, and the two shower room s the apartment was spotlessly clean The welcome pack ie coffee, wine, water etc from Benidorm booking was appreciated and thier staff at the office are so helpful, great experience. Nothing great apartment.

Our stay was very good and we will definitely come back.

We liked how close we were to everything and specifically the view from the balcony was amazing, there was lots of things nearby and everything was walking distance. The apartment was lovely and definitely catered to our needs! We would’ve appreciated if we had been provided with more toilet roll considering there was 6 of us staying there and also more bin bags would’ve been good.

Great apartment would use again

Apartment was modern and plenty of room for 5 of us. Everything you needed was there. Great location and lovely welcome pack The pillows, they were huge and uncomfortable. Only a white sheet as bedding we had to ask for more bedding

A lovely stay in Benidorm

Have stayed in Benidorm many times but the very first time staying in a private apartment. We were a group of 2 couples staying and we all really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for four people and we liked that it had 2 bathrooms it was lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Good location and would definitely stay again. Our only gripe was the fact we were only given one set of keys when 2 sets would have made our stay much better (maybe this should be considered for future bookings)

Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. Apartment and office were brilliant.

Didn’t have breakfast. There was a bar/cafe just down the street, which was really good. Good location. It was really quiet at night, but not to far out from anywhere. Nothing!

Really enjoyable stay in this apartment

Really enjoyable stay in this apartment. I would definitely return and I would absolutely recommend to others. Location is brilliant. Close to everything but quiet in the evening. The smell of the air conditioning, I don't know if it needed cleaning but it made me want to throw up.

Great location, apartment and pool Small point of needing a few more kitchen utensils and more than one tea towel. I reported a cracked window which I expected to be acted upon but no action taken.

It was a great stay and We will definitely stay here again

The property was lovely and was a lovely home from home. We loved the location and the pool was great too. The only thing I would say is there was no tea towelsoven gloves and no instructions to use the cooker and air con etc . It would be a lot better if you didn't have to go somewhere else to get the keys and someone was on site to show you around. A meet and greet would of been so much better.

Great apartment with stunning views.. 😊

Loved everything.. Lovely views.. Clean spacious apartment.. Very quiet block.. Close enough to beach, shops, restaurants and bars.. Pool area was amazing.. Haven&#39t got a bad thing to say.. It does have a hairdryer 👍.. And welcome packs and wine in fridge was an added bonus.. Thank you 😊 Nothing negative to say..

Amazing and hoping to go back with my friend in 2 years and would definitely book again

The property was spotless and beautifully decorated to modern taste. Welcome pack with bottle of wine, large bottle of water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & toiletries was lovely. Close to everything! Outdoor market at end of street, close to beach, strip. Lovely outdoor pool - 3 euros for sunbed payable to life guard. There is an indoor pool as well & small gym. Outdoor pitch & put. Nothing really - there was nothing we didn’t like just don’t walk home alone at night - Be careful.
