Apartamento en primera línea de Playa Levante, Benidorm. Posee 1 dormitorio y capacidad para 4 personas.

Alojamiento de 55 m² muy luminoso, situado en primera línea de playa, con terraza con vistas al mar, a la playa y a la montaña.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso internet (wifi) de alta velocidad por fibra, calefacción bomba de calor, aire acondicionado, piscina comunitaria+infantil de temporada, parking aire libre en mismo edificio sujeto a disponibilidad a la llegada, Televisión y plancha.

La cocina de vitrocerámica, está equipada con nevera, microondas, congelador, lavadora, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera, tostadora y hervidor de agua.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en los bajos del mismo edifico en la avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

- Se requieren los datos de una tarjeta de crédito/débito como fianza o 200€ en su defecto.

- Check-in desde las 16:30h (temporada alta desde las 18:00h)

- Check out antes de las 11:00h

Loved the location and that the building was quiet and tidy

Loved the location and that the building was quiet and tidy. The view was beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. The balcony doors did not lock so as we had a 6 year old with us we had to pull the shutter down when we were busy for his safety.

Great location 👌 Apartment was very dated and needs modernising , the shower needs to be replaced, the washing machine doesn&#39t seem to work, tried to use it twice, didn&#39t heat upspin.

I came with my 2 granddaughter a and nephew. We all loved apartment, great location, sea view & plenty of room for us all. As I was only adult was a bit unsure about flying. But we all felt safe and comfortable with apartment. Would definitely love to visit again. Nothing

Excellent, extremely pleased

The property was excellent, clean, comfortable with gorgeous sea views. The staff at the office just need to explain exactly how the entrance code works though, when they say "put the key in first" ,they should mention it's the button with the key on it, not the actual key, some of us are a bit thick.

Great, affordable stay with perfect sea view

Easy collection and drop of keys. Perfect central location with great sea views that were unspoilt. Local to restaurants, bars and shops. Great value for money and would stay again. Modern room but didn't impact our stay. Pool is in the shade but can't be helped. Sea is on your doorstep. nothing else. Great place. Nothing more.

A very pleasant week in a satisfactory apartment with an excellent view and a prime location.

The location and view were excellent and just what we were hoping for. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and it was generally well presented, We would certainly consider staying again. It was a little dated but we were prepared for this so no problem. We were also joined in the apartment by a large cockroach, but only one. Startled us in the bathroom and then found it in my shoe on the balcony!

Apartment was in great local near the Brisa Hotel staff where excellent at booking office view from balcony was amazing looked onto the beach and sea bedroom had big wardrobe plenty of drawer space comfy beds The furniture in apartment although solid was tired and dated could do with modernising the shower in bathroom could also do with upgrading although it had jets etc it wasn't built to well was also tired looking a plain good pressure shower would be ample and although it shows a TV in the bedroom there wasn't one

La ubicación y las vistas son perfectas. Amplia terraza, apartamento amplio para ser de 1 dormitorio. Muy limpio. Muy tranquilo Mobiliario del salón muy antiguo y habría que cambiar el sofá-cama que está viejito.

Su ubicación y las vistas al mar La cisterna estaba estropeada. No pudimos contactar pasadas las 30horas y solo íbamos a estar 2 días y medio. Luego lo arreglaron. Habían polillas en las habitaciones. El mando de la televisión. Le faltaban pilas.
