New Kitchen! This spacious and comfortable tropical pool home is ideal for a family of five. It is fully furnished with cozy sofas and beds, providing a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment during your stay in Miami. The large pool and covered patio serve as the centerpiece of the home. There are two spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom, with a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the two bedrooms. Experience the comfort of a spacious king-size bed, a full-size bed, and a twin bed. The property includes a full bathroom and a fully equipped, recently remodeled kitchen. Enjoy complimentary high-speed wireless internet access and three Smart TVs, which allow you to stream your favorite subscriptions. Please note that cable television is not available. Welcome to your relaxing home! The welcoming message will include the door code for your convenience. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway in front of the house. This is a spacious residence, and you will be renting the main house in the center. We also have two studios available for rent on the right side and two studios on the left side of the house. Each side has its own private and independent entrance, ensuring there are no shared internal spaces. The pool, backyard, and all features visible in the pictures are exclusive to the main house and are for your use only. No one else will have access to the pool. Enjoy your stay! If we are unavailable, we will be happy to assist you. Welcome to Miami! This area is really safe and quiet. We love our nice neighbors, so please be kind and respectful to them at all times. You can walk for just 10 minutes to get to the supermarket and next door drink the best coffee and pastries in Miami, in Cafe Roma. I also love walking under the beautiful trees of Granada Avenue in Coral Gables, or sitting to read and drink a delicious café cubano! The house has an amazing central location in the middle of Miami, next to vibrant places like Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Little Havana, the University of Miami, and the Miami International Airport. There is one parking space right in front of the main house door, around the semicircular driveway for you to use. Please do not park on the other spaces or the street, since those spaces are for our studios. Bring your car or rent a car from the Miami Airport, walk to 8th Street to take a bus or trolley or take an Uber of Lift anywhere from our centrally located house. Before booking, please be aware that this is NOT a house for parties or reunions. We have a strict maximum occupancy limit of 5 people in the house and at the pool at all times. No visitors are allowed to enter the house during your stay; only registered guests are permitted. For post-surgery guests, a security deposit of $200 is required. For stays of two weeks or more, a housekeeping service will be scheduled, and a cleaning fee of $170 will apply.
