El edificio está separado en 3 alquileres privados con espacio de estacionamiento asignado.

El espacio al aire libre en el patio / patio puede ser compartido.

NOTA: Este alquiler de 3 dormitorios se encuentra en la parte delantera del edificio, 2 grandes estudios (1º y 2º para) se encuentran en la parte posterior del edificio con su propio estacionamiento y entrada privada.

Los dos estudios se pueden alquilar junto con el alquiler de 3BR en su conjunto. Cuando se combina, la casa puede acomodar hasta 22 personas, 16 en camas normales y hasta 6 más en 3 camas de aire queen size adicionales. (1 cama King, 2 gemelas, 6 camas Queen y 3 camas Queen Air).

Wonderful Place to Stay in Miami

Ms. Marriott's property at Richmond Heights is a great place to stay for families with kids. The host is extremely kind and very accommodative. We wanted to check in early and she had absolutely no issues with that. She stopped by to check if everything was alright during our first day and called to find out if our Check out process was OK too. Her property is very close to Zoo Miami and about 30 min from Everglades National Park and about 15 mins from Coconut Grove (to get to Biscayne National Park). We really had no complaints staying at her property and would love to go back there.

The place was immaculate (inside & out), comfortable, and loaded with so many essentials & extras. We lacked for nothing. Its close to the expressway & stores so you can conveniently run out for outlet mall shopping, any forgotten items, or food for cooking. They even had a few basic items already in place for us. The property owner was super responsive to every message; before & during our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet & safe. My guests & I took morning strolls through the neighborhood while there. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future Miami trips. Thanks for an outstanding Homeaway experience Madgereen & family.

Great Location

My wife and kids (ages 13, 15, 17) stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was exactly as stated. We took trips to Miami Beach, Biscayne NP & Everglades NP. This place was about equidistance (30-45min) to all of those. It is 3 BR, plus a pullout couch. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. Ravi showed up the first day to welcome us and was very nice. The backyard is amazing. We got to spend 1 night in the swim spa and it was perfect. The mango tree was a nice bonus for us northerners that don't have those trees. Although I could see how that can be a pain always picking those up off of the ground. Overall a very nice experience that I would book again without hesitation.

Stunning little oasis

Beautiful property with every little added extra - coffee, tea, creamer, condiments, toothpaste, shampoo, soap... even down to make-up remover! We stayed in the 3 bedroom main unit, which was perfectly proportioned for 2 couples, and absolutely spotless. The back yard is a veritable oasis, with lots of room to spread out. The swim spa is amazing. The only difficulty we had, as people with mobility issues, was getting in and out of the spa, and getting up from the sofas, as they are very low. Just a couple of minor points to note... the only way out to the back yard, from the main unit, is via the Master Bedroom. This was totally fine for us, as it happened, but would have been amazing if we had direct access from the living room or dining room. Also, it's worth noting that the back yard is shared between all 3 units. It's more than big enough but I just felt that it wasn't clear in the description. We had a great time here, and the host was immediately, and very helpfully, responsive to any queries we had. Very highly recommended.

Excellent property.

Fun and very well appointed property. This house is conveniently located for easy access to everything south miami has to offer. Good quality beds and bedding made for a very comfortable stay. The pool/hot tub combo was perfect for winding down parents and burning off the energy in young kids at the end of the day. The backyard oasis is beautiful and well taken care of as is the rest of the property. If we travel to Miami again, this will be a top choice for us.

Spacious and relaxing getaway

The house was lovely and spotless with so many amenities! We were close to beaches, the Everglades, the airport, and the city. While we had a great time, though, the house was perfect for hanging out on the patio and inside. Our host was lovely, helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. One of the best rental experiences I’ve had. We’re so grateful!

Ideal rental for a large family

We are five adults who wanted to rent an affordable vacation home with at least 3 legitimate bedrooms, which is difficult to find in the Miami area--but Ms. Marriott filled the bill perfectly! The home was very spacious and affordable--and the tropical courtyard with spa, fountain, abundant tropical plants, and tiki bar was the icing on the cake! We loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on the courtyard to bookend our daily beach outings. The beaches are about 20-40 minutes away and a rental car is necessary, but the home is centrally located--on four consecutive days we went to Miami Beach, Key Largo (where we swam with manatees!!!), Matheson Hammock Park and Beach, and Biscayne Key--and enjoyed them all! Ms. Marriott was highly responsive to our inquiries and we always felt well cared for--she is an excellent host!

Very well appointed home with study and dining area.

Enjoyed the outdoor "entertainment garden" immensely. It was a quiet and comfortable place to relax. Ms. Marriotts "vacation" home was just that because it was a pleasure to stay there.

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing and everything described in the property description is 100% correct. The property was clean, and check in and check out process is simple and easy. The property owner makes sure you have everything you need and the house’s attention to detail is spot on. The back yard was nice and quiet and we wish we had more time to enjoy it.
