Great apartment with everything you need

The apartment was great. Verandas and sun loungers were a bonus along with a shared pool which was nearly always quiet. You had your own lounges to take to the pool if you wished for a quiet day. Overall it had everything.

Excellent Apartment

We have just returned from two weeks in this excellent apartment. Everything is as shown on the schedule. It has quality kitchen units and appliances, spacious showers and efficient air conditioning. The Terrace and Solarium are well furnished and catch the sun all day. All in all a great place to holiday. We will definitely return.

Luxury, sun and tranquility. Fantastic...

It has all new furniture and not lack anything. Finding an apartment as luxurious and comfortable in the Carihuela is very complicated. It is next to the beach and Puerto Marina. The owners are very friendly, they provided two parking spaces for the same price. The terrace and solarium are having a blast. It is a pleasure to swim in the pool at dusk illuminated. We will repeat this year.

Great apartment

We have just returned from 3 weeks at Mari’s apartment and had a great time. The weather was so much better than we expected for February. This is our third visit to the lovely attic apartment and everything was as good as our previous visits. Mari is a lovely lady and very easy to deal with, she always replies promptly to any queries. (Please see our review from 2016 for lots more information on the attic and nearby supermarkets and restaurants) We would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to return again next year.

Great apartment

We have just returned after 16 nights in Mari’s apartment. Everything was as good as it was on our first visit two years ago (please see our review from 2016). Mari is great to deal with and responds promptly to your emails. We have recommended this apartment to all our friends. It is very popular now and we were unable to get booked for last year so booked early for this year. We are so looking forward to coming back to the apartment again in February next year.

We have just returned from a 21 night stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment was clean, well equipped and with two nice terraces. Wifi was fast and stable, and those TVs looks great with good image quality. We slept really well because the beds were so comfortable and no disturbing noise from the outside. Nice supermarkets so near the building, and also the seaside very near. Many nice places of the area can be reached by foot. The owner Mari was more than friendly, very kind and helpful and Alejandra welcomed us so lovingly. We would definitely recommend this place. Timo and Pirjo, Finland

Great apartment

We have just returned from a 15 night stay at this lovely apartment. The attic has everything you need for your holiday in Torremolinos. It is in a quiet street but just around the corner from many bars and restaurants. The beach and promenade are only a 5 minute walk away. It is close to supermarkets, 5 minutes walk takes you to Lidl and 10 minutes takes you to Mercandona. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were met by Alejandra who very kindly showed us around the apartment and although we do not speak Spanish we were able to understand all she was explaining to us. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and very comfortable. Mari is lovely and very easy to deal with when booking and always replies to your enquiries promptly. We have been to this area of Torremolinos a few times but this is definitely the best apartment we have stayed in and I would highly recommend it. Thank you Mari and we hope to be back next year if the apartment is available for our dates.

Fantastic attic and host

Once again, i spent a few weeks at Mari Carmens' attic and i cannot praise it highly enough. There was a problem with our arrival time due to a flight delay but arrangements were still made for us to gain entry to the attic. Alejandra does a wonderful job of making sure the apartment is perfectly clean for guests and it is a pleasure to open the door and instantly feel at home. This is achieved due to the high level of comfort and attention to detail in the furnishings and cleanliness of the attic and also the outside communal areas. I had the pleasure of meeting M.Carmen & her husband this year and she is such a warm and endearing young lady. I was actually very sick whilst staying at the attic this year and it made all the difference in my ongoing recovery to be in a place that i felt safe and comfortable in. I have no hesitations in recommending not only the attic but Mari Carmen too as the booking process always runs very smoothly and efficiently. Many thanks to you M.Carmen, i appreciate everything you do for us. Lots of love : Fiona. x

EXCELENTES VACACIONES EN LA CARIHUELA

El ático está en la Carihuela, muy cerca de la playa, en una calle tranquila y al lado del puerto deportivo. Los colchones son muy cómodos y el mobiliario es de buena calidad. La propietaria es muy atenta con sus huéspedes. Lo que más nos gustó son las amplias y soleadas terrazas que tiene. Volveremos. La pena que ya terminaron las vacaciones. Muchas gracias Mari Carmen.

Excellent, well equipped, comfortable apartment,

We enjoyed our stay immensely, everything we could have wanted was there. The two terraces were fabulous. It was spotlessly clean. Supermarkets and restaurants were local and very nice. The only improvement I could suggest would be a mirror near an electrical point in the second bedroom. Truly excellent attic.

I have been to Mari Carmens' attic, 4 times now so that in itself tells you how good i think it is. All of my comments on my previous review are still as true today as they were when i wrote my first review (which is a few pages back in the reviews section, should you wish to read it). Mari Carmen is a pleasure to deal with and is truly a person who is not only professional with regards to the booking procedure but she also genuinely cares that her guests have everything they need to make their stay as comfortable as possible and would go out of her way to provide anything you need. I have already booked again for another visit to the attic and i know that everything will be perfect. Thank you so very Mari Carmen, as always you provided us with a wonderful holiday home where we felt very comfortable.

The Attic is everything you could want in an apartment.

We stayed at the Attic for 26 days and loved every moment. The apartment has everything you could want. It has lots of space is very clean and is very well equipped. The large balcony is great for eating 'al fresco' and although we did not use the roof terrace it is also very large and has a barbecue. The apartment is only 5 mins walk from the sea front, shops, bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk from the bus stop. Thank you Maria Carmen for making the booking process so easy and thank you Alejandra for booking us in and making us feel so welcome. We look forward to our time in the Attic next year.

Fantastic Stay

This apartment is absolutely lovely. Everything was very clean and of good quality. The apartment was very quiet day and night, and the swimming pool extremely well maintained and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the only disappointment was that we were only staying for a week. Thank you very much Mari Carmen and we hope that we will be able to stay again.

Thank you Maria for our wonderful holiday stay in your beautiful holiday home. I can say in all honesty it is the best rental we have ever stayed in and my wife Suzanne agrees too . Your property has the best of everything, extremely clean, all new appliances and operate too, perfect air conditioning and two sun terraces with all day sun. We had fantastic weather to cap a great holiday. Best of all though was the initial booking of your Atico because it all went so smoothly even considering our language differences. So thanks again Maria and to your husband too and not forgetting Alexsandra who met us with a smile and lovely hug. We will not hesitate to book with you when next in Torremolinos. Maravillosas vacaciones al lado de la playa

Hemos ido 10 días esta Semana Santa y ha sido una magnifica experiencia alojarnos en este ático, es una maravilla. Mari Carmen tiene cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle de la casa. Las 2 terrazas que tiene son muy amplias y estupendas para tomar el sol, incluso para una buena barbacoa. A pocos metros de la playa de la carihuela, de supermercados, de bares, … pero a la suficiente distancia como para descansar sin ruidos. Muchas gracias a Mari Carmen por estos días que hemos pasado, ten seguro que volveremos. Ana.

Fantasticos días en un gran apartamento.

The Attic, Pueto Calle real
