This attractive semi-detached cottage rests in Dinas Cross, Pembrokeshire and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Dolwern is a well-presented semi-detached home resting in Dinas Cross, Pembrokeshire. Hosting four bedrooms including two king-size with en-suite shower rooms, one of which being on the ground floor, a king-size and a bunk, along with a bathroom and a wet room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and an additional sitting room with a woodburning stove. Dolwern is a delightful base for your next holiday to South Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating with ground-floor underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric eye-level oven and induction hob, combi microwave, boiling water tap, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Sky Glass TV, WiFi, Bose sound system, Sonos and Amazon Alexa. Sitting room/snug with comfy sofas, snuggle chair, work desk and wood burning stove. Garden with artificial ….bbq, firepit, pizza oven. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available on request, (cot bed linen not provided). Off-road parking for three cars and roadside for two cars. Secure storage for bikes, kayaks and sporting equipment. Garden with artificial lawn, seating, fire pit barbecue and hot/cold external shower. At rear of property a secure gate leads into a shady footpath taking you to the safe and Sandy beaches of Cym-Yr-Eglwys and Pwll Gwylod, both 15 mins walk away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
