Charming 95 sqm apartment, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without lift. This fully domotic property overlooks Via Santa Croce, one of the main streets of Lucca, and is within walking distance of the main points of interest in the city, including Piazza dell’Anfiteatro and Duomo, in the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area).

The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room (in the basement).



The inside is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with dining table, smart TV (full hd with satellite for foreign channels), sofa and two armchairs;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (4 burners), refrigerator, coffee machine (Bialetti), oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;

- BEDROOM I with double bed and chest of drawers;

- BEDROOM II with double bed;

- BATHROOM (with chromotherapy) with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (splits in the living area and in the two bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine and dryer (in the laundry room), clothes stand, insect screens (in one bedroom), iron and ironing board, hairdryer and drying rack.



OTHER INFORMATION: The house is completely domotic. It is possible turn on the lights, turn on the TV, set the alarm or listen to different music in each room, thanks to four Amazon Alexa devices (in Italian and English) installed in every room of the apartment.



PLEASE NOTE: there is a step inside the apartment and an internal staircase to access the laundry room in the basement.



Children under the age of 14 are not allowed.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won\'t be shared with the host or other tenants.



IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.



A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;

- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;

- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.



The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, in an ideal positionto visit all the main attractions in the city comfortably on foot. Walking inside the walls, it will be possible to admire the charm and characteristic architecture of Lucca. In the surroundings of the property, it is also possible to find all the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well as public transport stops.



Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:

- Torre Giunigi: 3 minutes on foot;

- Cathedral of San Martino: 5 minutes on foot.

- Piazza dell\'Anfiteatro: 6 minutes on foot;

- Palazzo Pfanner, Church of San Michele in Foro and Torre delle Ore: 7 minutes on foot;



- Osteria Vispa Teresa (typical cuisine restaurant): 1 minute on foot - 50 meters;

- Bar Fuori Controllo: 1 minute on foot - 60 meters;

- Conad City (supermarket): 5 minutes on foot - 450 meters.



- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Centrale station thanks to the PISAMOVER service, from where it is possible to take the regional train to Lucca Station, just 8 minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to take a bus from Pisa Airport to Piazzale Verdi in Lucca (57 minutes / € 2.00 each way), less than a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.



- From Lucca Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 10 minutes on foot.



- If you are traveling by car, please note that the property is located inside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). It is possible to park for a fee at Carducci Car Park (open 24h, daily rate: € 8.00), 1.4 km from the property, or at Piazza San Ponziano car park (€ 1.50 first hour, then € 2.00/h ), 350 meters away from the accommodation. Alternatively, there are free parking spaces 1.4 km from the apartment.
