Open-Plan Living: A bright and airy space with comfortable seating for up to 5, an electric log-effect fire, a Smart TV, and large patio doors leading onto the decked wraparound balcony.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Features integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space.

Dining Space: A dining table with seating for 4 offers the perfect spot for meals or games.

Roebeck Country Park is a peaceful haven surrounded by countryside, with a private fishing lake (stocked with carp and tench – fishing license required) and ancient woodlands, perfect for nature lovers.
