Stunning Coastal Cottage - Sleeping 4 in 2 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access Included.

Welcome to A Wave From it All - Part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village (see below for more information). Parking space right outside makes this ideal for families.

Decorated throughout by the new owners in late 2023 and featuring new flooring and other improvements this is a great family holiday venue.

Enter into the hallway with access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge. dining room and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king-size bedroom with Juliette Balcony and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower,

Off the lounge area are bifold doors opening onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Excellent property everything you needed very good location only drawback was the tv 2 upstairs didn't work at all and the one in the lounge didn't always work

Great mini-break

It was really relaxing to stay here. It is a short walk to all the amenities and 15 minutes from the beach. Large communal green at the back plus parking outside. Good support too.

Great place to stay, immaculately clean, has all that you need for an enjoyable stay. Just one thing leave the outside light on in winter for check in difficult to see key box numbers in the dark!

A lovely stay at The Bay

We really enjoyed our stay in A Wave From It All. The house was ideal for our holiday and a great location for exploring the area and close walk down to the fabulous Filey beach. The house was well equipped for families, particularly for our baby with a high chair, travel cot, stair gates and bed rails. We would recommend staying and hope to return.

Couldnt ask for more

Really felt in professional hands from beginning to end. Very well organised process. Good to know that there is a competent person on the end of a mobile who picks up and is super helpful with the odd question. The property was better than we had expected. We worked out the Tassimo machine in the end. Would certainly recommend the property to anyone

Mini break at the seaside

Our family had a lovely stay at “A Wave from it all”. We found the holiday home to be well equipped, clean and comfortable with a good shower and a large outdoor space shared with the other holiday makers in surrounding properties. We were grateful for a few thoughtful extras - use of the washing machine and clothes horse, a football and pop up net for our son, a little step to facilitate our toddler using the toilet. Little things that made it even better! Location is excellent - we have a young baby so accessed the beach in Filey centrally and at Hunmanby from the car parks but there is access from the village itself. The weather was great so we spent all our time on the beach and didn’t make use of the other facilities at the village except the playground but they seemed good. My only small bit of feedback would be that there were a lot of emails and messages repeating the same information which I felt could have been communicated in one. Thank you for a lovely stay
