Disfrute de impresionantes puestas de sol y amaneceres desde su patio, o disfrute de un corto paseo por las excelentes tiendas, restaurantes y diversión familiar en Pier Park. Hay una habitación king size con un nuevo colchón de espuma viscoelástica de tecnología moderna y baño adjunto, una habitación queen size, también con un colchón nuevo de espuma viscoelástica y baño adjunto, y un tercer dormitorio que es una habitación con literas con baño adjunto . The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Each morning around 9:30 we were able to watch dolphin, manatee, and stingray close to shore frrom the balcony.

Relaxing on the balcony was my favorite way to start and end my days at the Tidewater! Very clean property and premises and close to lots of shopping, activities, and great restaurants. We love the kitties that came around to visit near the beach :) Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with great views. It had everything we needed to cook or grill. The main issue with this building is the elevators, which is no fault of this condo owner. The wait for elevators was very inconvenient and at times took very long to secure an elevator. There is only 7 elevators for 2000 people, and many times elevator would finally open only to be packed full and waiting game starts again. Also while this unit came with beach service chairs the attendant made us check in every day to get assigned chairs which others who paid on the spot were told they would be set up in the same chairs all week and not have to check in daily which if this is a paid service by the condo owner i couldn’t understand why we couldn’t have the same benefit of same assigned chairs all week instead of the line waiting to secure chairs which started forming an hour before open some days. Very inconvenient! I can honestly say though that the frustration with the elevators will keep me from booking at tidewater in the future. I will say they are apparently upgrading the speed of the elevators so perhaps this issue will become a thing of the past once elevators upgraded but still only 7 elevators for 2000 people which is what security repeatedly told me.

Great location, clean unit.

Overall, the stay was very good. The unit and property were very clean. We will look elsewhere for our next place really due to the elevators. On check-in day, it took us 2 hours to get down for a cart, up to unload, and back down. The elevator (1!!) in the parking garage was slow and always full and the elevators in the main building were similar. The good: very clean unit and property. Pools were excellent. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. The cons: 2 tiny showers. difficulty with elevators all week meant it took a long time to go up or down from the unit. Very limited storage space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We learned to use the elevators at each end of the building rather than the middle and were more successful. 1 pool has a lot of morning shade and the other has a lot of afternoon shade so that was excellent with kids who want to be in the pool or ocean ALL day. Walkable to Pier park. Marcos pizza across the street was excellent.

Winter Retreat

The property was exactly as it showed in the pictures. The unit was clean. Unfortunately, there was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper in bathroom and less than 1/2 roll of paper towels. Had we known, we would have brought our own, rather than running to the store as soon as we got there. The elevators in this building are very slow-so hopefully they will fix that. Very nice building, and clean unit, we would stay there again.

Great stay

Condo was clean and super nice. Check in process was super easy. The only downside to the stay was the resort building had 4 out of the 7 elevators out of order when we arrived so everyone in the building had to share 3 elevators. Luckily, this was resolved by day 2 of our stay.

Nice accommodations, unfortunately there was construction while we were there and the pools were closed on and off during the week for maintenance. Nice to have chairs/beach service included. Overall we had a good stay.

Beautiful unit right on the beach. Owner very responsive/receptive to questions. Beach chair service very valuable/nice to have. Elevators did take a long time that is independent of the owner, glad to know regarding the elevator wait time ahead of time. Would stay here again.

Great Unit with Great Host!

Our unit was perfect for our needs! The bunk bed room with the bathroom was perfect for our two young teenage boys, the queen bedroom and bathroom was suitable for my husband and I, and our friends with their toddler enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bathroom was stocked with extra pillows and blankets, making our stay even more comfortable. The washer and dryer made our week stay convenient, as did the kitchen and appliances. The TVs were easy to operate, and the host has several board games to keep guests entertained. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort requires some patience, but has fun amenities, great restaurants and drinks, and fun for the whole family.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Enjoyed the daily sunset from our balcony such a beautiful view! Very clean and well stocked; I was able to prepare a complete Easter dinner with pots, pans and utensils! Slept well each night ; we found the king bed very comfortable. Small leak noted from the bunk bathroom toilet,and it was attended to immediately by the owner. We had excellent communication and the problem was so quickly remedied. We loved the beach chair service and we found we loved our vacation because we had such a great unit!

Family Vacation

We had an absolute best time in PCB! Our condo was just as described! We felt like we were at home while there. If we ever go back with the same amount of people, I would definitely try and stay here again! Host was very clear with instructions prior to check-in, I did not have to reach put for any questions. We most definitely would recommend staying here!

room was great stay was wonderful over all, and the communication w/ the manager was great. only downfall of this entire stay was the elevators in the building. but it was great other than that!

We chose Tidewater for all the amenities that it provides. Two outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, sauna, restaurant, Starbucks, convenience store, Tikki Bar, theater, and so much more! We love to spend time walking along the beach! A short stroll to Pier Park and you are eating great food at the local restaurants, or spending leisure time shopping at the many unique stores.

There is a Star Bucks, Ice Cream Shop, and restaurant in the building - along with a theater, game rooms, pools, and spas. Everything that you would expect at a 5 star resort!
