This 3 Bedroom Tidewater Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from the privacy of your own balcony. Encounter the most comfortable beach setting within a short walk to Pier Park.
The condo offers 1950 sq. ft and 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All the furniture and appliances are brand new, just purchased January 2018, creating the ultimate comfort for everyone enjoying it. The kitchen is well stocked and just remodeled with everything needed for a home made meal.
The living room is very roomy, so everyone can sit together and enjoy the breathtaking views. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!! The host was friendly. The condo had plenty of room for our large group. But we had a bad experience with the employees at the resort. We will not be staying at this resort again after our experience. The employees were very rude on multiple occasions. The room wasn’t very clean either.

Our stay was great. The only thing that was not good was the wait for the elevator, l don't see a way around it, independent service helped. All said the stay was excellent.

Was a nice condo if they can fix the few things wrong with it. Was miserable trying to sleep in master bedroom at night. The ac circulation in that room was terrible, and ceiling fan max speed is low. Sliding door to get to patio is extremely difficult to open and close. Please have someone paint your baseboards they're way overdue for fresh paint. Both towel racks in bathroom are barely hanging on, so glad they didn't break and fall while I was there.

Our stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and stocking issues. The living room ceiling fan didn’t work initially, but maintenance repaired it. The master bedroom fan would only operate on low. A June 2026 guest had already reported this same issue, and although the host said it would be addressed, it was still not fixed during our September stay.Other issues included a poorly fitted faucet in Bedroom 3, a non-working lamp in Bedroom 3, an unsecured towel bar in Bedroom 2, a bathroom outlet positioned directly behind the faucet, and loose kitchen island outlets. The washer would not drain until I cleaned the filter myself, and I observed what appeared to be black mold inside. One advertised hot tub was unavailable our entire stay.There were no dish rags and only a couple of washcloths for seven guests. There was also no can opener, so we purchased one and left it for future guests.After checkout, the host requested an additional 200 for removing an item that accidentally fell into the toilet. We immediately disclosed the incident. The contractor removed the item and reset the toilet, but the invoice did not document damage to the toilet or property.The condo has a good location and layout, but for the price, we expected much better maintenance and preparation.

The location was nice and fairly central with a great view of beautiful sunsets. The room is plain but adequate. The main beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed however, was so bad that our teen girls chose to sleep on the sofas instead of the pullout. The room is very quiet being on the beach side. Being within walking distance of Pier Park is also a nice feature.

Amazing views!! We had a great time! Thankful we didn’t spend much time in the unit. Unit was run down and needs some new furniture (couch was awful to sit on) (beds ok) (towels very old). Needs a deep clean. While we were there we saw a bed bug remediation company on site. Also WiFi was in and out and made it hard to check in for work.

Great stay!

The condo was very nice and spacious. We loved the huge bathroom and everything was clean. I baked a cake for Fathers Day and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed for baking . We will definitely stay again .
