Vistas espectrales desde dentro del condominio y la terraza cerrada. Este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños se presenta maravillosamente con una cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor y una encantadora sala de estar con vista al agua. La renovación del condominio se completó en 2017, incluidos todos los equipos esenciales recién instalados (es decir, nueva unidad de aire acondicionado, calentador de agua caliente ...)

La unidad contiene todas las comodidades de un hogar, incluido el acceso inalámbrico de alta velocidad (sin cargo).

Winter getaway

Very enjoyable stay in this beachfront condo. The unit was exactly as portrayed in the photos and the communication prior to our stay and while we were on property made the rental process easy. The sunset views from the screened patio were wonderful! We would rent this place again.

A nice stay on the gulf

Condo was wonderful. Pool area was fantastic. Beach was clean and small but we were disappointed as there was a ton of seaweed in the water and no one swam there. Very close to bridge to Sanibel and Captiva and fort Myers beach area. Outlets and restaurants are close by. A great stay.

Beautiful, updated condo with amazing views of Sanibel Hatbor.

We were so impressed by this beautiful, updated corner condo with picturesque views of Sanibel Harbor! We hope to come back soon! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation at the beach. The pool is very nice and we loved how close we were to the beach. We have already highly recommended this property to a couple friends!

Spring get-away

We had a great time and the property was everything we expected. The property manager was very prompt with a couple of very minor issues. We would have liked to have been able to have pool access in the evenings as the days were very warm. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful views from Condo 511

Great property with beautiful views of Sanibel Harbor 24/7. Private beach, nice swimming pool, and beautiful landscaping. Perfect location for privacy and for visiting Sanibel and Captiva for the day. Condo very comfortable with the amenities of home. Last, the lanai faces southwest providing plenty of sunshine during the winter season. We will be back - soon!

Outstanding Condo

This condo was perfect. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The view from the screened lanai was outstanding, overlooking the causeway and bridge to Sanibel Island. We spent every evening on the lanai watching one beautiful sunset after another. The kitchen, the furniture and the bedding were top of the line and the heated pool and Jacuzzi were just what we needed after days spent shelling on Sanibel. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are already planning our next stay at Punta Rassa.

Amazing Gem in a Great Location

This is a wonderful property, spotless and beautiful, tucked in the back of a private resort area. The view over the water to some small islands, especially at sunset, is amazing. The private beach has chairs already there and the pool is very nice. We stumbled into this condo, and almost hate to over-praise it because we may not have a chance to snatch it again! A couple issues arose and management was quick to address them. Thanks for letting us enjoy this little gem and build some happy family memories.

Fantastic place to stay

My first trip to Florida and this condo was a great choice. The Condo is just as pictured and described. The master bedroom was awesome. Great bed and awesome pillows and lovey new bathroom. The second bedroom is offer privacy and its own bathroom. Nice livingroom that overlooks the balcony. The views from the balcony are fantastic. There is a private beach right out front. We were able to find a few shells and some sea beans. It is just off the main path but close to restaurants and public beaches. Thank you Lori for the use of your condo. I will definitely recommend it.

Lovely property - incredible view!

We had a such a wonderful time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in Ft. Meyers. This unit is absolutely lovely. During our visit we asked for 1 extra hour (to 'check out' at 11am instead of 10am) but were advised that this was not possible. Housekeeping staff was then knocking on the door of the unit before 10am on our day of our check out. Not a good ending to what had been a really nice stay.

Beautiful

This condo is clean, beautiful and spacious. The location is superb, as are the views. It is steps to the beach and pool. The furniture is very comfortable. We wished the kitchen had a little more by way of supplies — it has a tiny, thimble-sized container of salt and pepper and that is it—if you want to cook you need to buy every oil, spice, etc. Also, as advertised in multiple places, the noseemums are around, cannot be kept out by screens, and we got a million bites. So definitely bring bug spray.

Great condo! Be prepared for No See Ums! (They are real)

We feel that there should be better warning on the No See Ums! You do not see these bugs. Bring spray and use it! We left a day early because of the bites we got and didn't want to go outside. Our condo was extremely nice.

Great location beach-pool

This was a wonderful place to stay, overall no complaints. some things eould have been good to know ahead of time for example we went for 7 days, there no spices available in the kitchen, that is chocker block full of dishes. the condo is located on the beach, but no broom and dustpan.. small things like that would have been helpful to know and have Small Amounts of soap and shampoo dishwasher pods (2). These are only small things. But would have been helpful to know to better prepare. Otherwise. Book this place the views are and were spectacular! 511

Sanibel Harbour

The Condo and the View was amazing! The Beach was nice white sand and fairly clean, Unfortunatley you could not go in the ocean water as it was disgustingly filthy, gray brackish water with debris,cans and auto parts, and various types of rubish, including a lot of silt and vegatation, floating like a current past along the beachfront and apparently this all comes from the Caloosahatchee River that dumps into the ocean just up from Sanibel Island beach Harbour Condos and this also includes agricultural waste from the Cane Farms along this river further inland.Would definitley not go back.

Great spot not far from Sanibel

Three of us stayed here for a Sanibel-focused shelling trip; most rentals still weren’t open (due to severe damage from Hurricane Ian in Sept 2022) when we were booking in the spring, so we opted for Lori’s place. The location is great - about 30 min from the airport, 10 min to a grocery store, and 15-20 min to most locations on Sanibel and Captiva. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. Couches and beds are comfortable, and the lanai is wonderful. Definitely a plan to apply bug spray if you’ll be spending any time out there, though, especially in the evening (sunsets are amazing!)… the no-see-ums absolutely find their way through the screens on the 5th floor. There’s a sun shade and some beach mats, but BYO beach towels (the towels provided are nice white bath towels), and any beach toys/coolers/shelling stuff. The beach is quiet and clean (and dolphins pass by very close to the shore!), and the pool looks like it’s almost ready to reopen. The Marriott facilities (spa and gym) were great as well. Overall - a fantastic place!

Great place with private beach!

Our last minute stay at this property was just what our family needed! Perfect location and we loved the private beach. It almost felt like we had the place to ourself. Lori was super helpful! Hope to stay again!

This is one of our 7 condo at Sanibel Harbour. One unit is for our own residence while the other 6 condos (2b/2b and 3b/3b units) are available for short-term or long-term rental.

We now have had the furtunate opportunity to spend most of the year here and are highly involved the the management of the rental condos. Lori serves on the Building Board Association to ensure the property remains an enjoyable place for us, our fellow owners and our guests.

Having stumble across Sanibel Harbour many years ago, we knew this would be an ideal spot for our family vacations with our small children. We now have the pleasure of spending time here with not only our children but grandchildren as well.
