There is also a kitchen and living/dining room with electric fire. To the outside is a decked balcony and sun terrace with furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Rathillet is a lovely escape, equipped with everything for a memorable stay in Cornwall.

Note: Guests are not permitted beyond the wooden fence in the garden due to steep drops - children must be supervised. Note: Some steps down to the garden are steep and uneven. Note: The owner lives in the neighbouring annexe - there is an interconnecting door that is permanently locked. Note: The property across the road is having extensive building works completed.
