Casale La Torretta is a lovely property in the green countryside of Carovigno, less than 3 kilometers away from the sea. The property consists of 4 units and it accommodates up to 16 guests, so it`s ideal for groups of families or friends.
La Torretta is equipped with swimming pool,
tennis court, park with trullo, fruit trees and playground for
children, 8 parking spots and an outbuilding with kitchen, dining area
and living room, a gazebo with outdoor dining area and view on the sea, barbecue and outdoor shower. Pets are allowed. 
Each unit accommodates up to 4 guests and they consist of a double bedroom and twin bedroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, tv, washing machine, hair-dryer, internet,
pertinent and exclusive outdoor area. Two units are on the ground
floor, while two other units are on the first floor, in the tower that
recalls the typical style of the Apulian coastal watchtowers.

The
wonderful property Casale La Torretta is framed by a lush garden. The
driveway is lined with well-kept flowerbeds with typical Mediterranean
plants. There is a big park with an old trullo and typical stone walls, a
playground with tennis court and swings, woods with olive trees and
fruit trees: a real oasis surrounded by nature in the area of Brindisi.
The old garden with pergola takes to the first apartment,
which consists of a living room with open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1
twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a porch. By the swimming pool
there is an outbuilding with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area
with extendible table, a spacious living room with sofas, tv and
fireplace. In front of the outbuilding, by the swimming pool, there is
the outdoor staircase that takes to the first floor of the tower.
The second apartment
is introduced by a big terrace with view on the sea and a dining area
under the gazebo and it consists of a living room with open kitchen, 1
double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The third unit
is on the ground floor of the tower and it consists of a living room
with dining area and kitchen, 1 double bedroom, a small twin bedroom
with bunk beds and a bathroom with tub.
Moreover, at the back of the tower, on the first floor, there is the fourth unit
which is introduced by a big terrace with porch and solarium area with
beach beds and beach umbrellas. This unit consists of an open space with
kitchen and living room, 1 twin bedroom with pull-out bed, 1 double
bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
Upon request, it is possible
to enjoy exclusive extra services such as massages, esthetician, cooking
class experience, guided tours and yoga lessons.


The surroundings of Casale La Torretta in Carovigno
Casale La Torretta is in the countryside of Carovigno, 6 kilometers away from the city centre and near the sea of Specchiolla,
which is only 2 kilometers away. The property is in a residential area
surrounded by nature and olive trees and a lovely view on the sea.
The protected marine area of Torre Guaceto is 6 kilometers away, while the beautiful old town centre of Ostuni, known as the White City, is 13 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening with an extra of euro 300.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Complex of 4 mini apartments.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
- The owner lives next to the farmhouse, goes there in the morning only for the maintenance of the pool and garden.
- It is forbidden to organize parties and events unless prior consent of the owner.
