Masseria Monte Pizzuto - Le Case di Valentina

A masseria is a set of ancient buildings used as homes and stables, typical of Puglia. Masseria Monte Pizzuto is such an old farmhouse, situated in the quiet countryside and surrounded by olive trees. The beautiful historic and vivid center of Ceglie Messapica with its bars, restaurants and shops is about a 5 minute drive away.
The Masseria has recently been renovated and offers a mix of traditional architecture with elegant design, all complemented by a strong focus on sustainability. It is equipped with all the modern comfort you need for a perfect holiday. In the main building you find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious bright living room and two en-suite bedrooms. In the authentic Trullo, characteristic for this part of Puglia you find another en-suite bedroom. Other two bedrooms, both also with a private bathroom, are in the old, restyled stables with access from the garden. This marvelous olive tree garden is designed for relaxation, with its various shaded terraces and dining spots, a hot tub and a big natural pool that is automatically cleaned by aquatic plants. We have a housekeeper who can come to cook or do cooking classes Masseria Monte Pizzuto can host up to 14 persons, which makes it the ideal location for large families or a group of friends.

En el momento del registro, se le pedirá que muestre un documento de identidad con fotografía y que firme un contrato, tal y como exige la ley de alquiler italiana.


La entrada a nuestros apartamentos está programada de 17 a 20 horas. Las llegadas después de las 20 están sujetas al pago de un suplemento: entre las 21 y medianoche de 50€, entre la medianoche y las 2 de 80€.

Está terminantemente prohibido fumar en el interior del apartamento. En caso de infracción, se cobrará una cantidad igual a 200€.



No se admiten mascotas. Si el apartamento reservado admite mascotas, la entrada está sujeta a solicitud y se requerirá un suplemento de limpieza y un depósito de 200€ en caso de cualquier daño.


REGLAMENTOS DE PROPIEDAD
No se aceptan grupos de jóvenes, especialmente si hay menores que no estén acompañados por sus padres. La edad se verificará en el momento del registro.

Sábanas y toallas adicionales a mitad de la estancia: 10,00€ por persona.


Para estancias de más de 29 noches, la ley italiana exige ciertos requisitos burocráticos, como el registro del contrato y la creación de un código fiscal italiano para los huéspedes extranjeros.
