Sea Front1st Line Modern Villa in the Heart of Coral Bay Paphos FREE HEATED POOL
This is a gorgeous SEA FRONT - first line - villa with HEATED private pool situated in the HEART OF CORAL BAY. It offers amazing views of the Bay from the the pool terrace and verandas.
All amenities (bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc) are within walking distance (5-6 mins walk).
The sea just in front of the villa is rocky while the famous Coral Bay sandy beaches found in 8-10 min walk away. The villa provides free internet access.
The large property is built on 3 levels :
Ground floor: There is a spacious living room with flat screen TV, sofas and dining ,the kitchen with all necessary equipment refrigerator,stove,microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher, kitchen utensils. Also in this level there is a large veranda outside the sitting area and the kitchen overlooking the pool and the sea. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Upper floor: There are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms leading to a large veranda facing the sea which offers exceptional views of the blue Med sea beyond.
Lower floor/basement : There is a large bedroom (double bed) with sitting area. Preferable 8 guests.
Distances: SEA: BEACH FRONT. There is a bus stop nearby. Coral bay centre with all amenities 5-6min walk, Supermarket 3-4min drive, Taverns, Pubs 5-6 min walk, Paphos airport 25km, Larnaka airport 140km Parking spaces is available.
Coral Bay, a coastal resort in Western Cyprus, near Pegeia village, is a short 12km drive north of Paphos, passing through banana plantations and vineyards. It is possibly one of the most stunning holiday resorts in Cyprus and is located a 30 minute drive from Paphos airport
The bay itself is a natural beach spanning 600m in a crescent shape of powdery white sand, and has earned itself a European Blue Flag. The beaches here are long and sandy, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The sea has a shallow margin, making it ideal for children to play safely. There are many water sports on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. Close to the bay there are banks, minimarkets, bars and restaurants and there is a regular bus service to the neighboring resort of Paphos. Coral Bay is a family friendly resort and is ideally situated as a base to explore the rest of the island.
