Villa Almar (anteriormente conocida como Melanie) es una impresionante villa de 4 dormitorios en Coral Bay, con vistas panorámicas de la costa de parte de la Bahía de Coral. Situado en la cima de una privada callejón sin salida en una zona muy tranquila de la localidad de Coral Bay, Almar ofrece una ubicación perfecta para días de ocio en la piscina y un paseo a las playas / restaurantes y tiendas de la localidad de Coral Bay. La villa está muy bien diseñado para maximizar el espacio arriba y abajo: las zonas de estar y espaciosa y la luz; las habitaciones bien equipadas y bastante. La villa se separa, que ofrece privacidad y está rodeado de jardines bien establecidos, chipriotas coloridos, que el borde de la terraza para tomar el sol y la piscina privada.
Villa Almar está construido para maximizar vistas de la costa de la Bahía de Coral hacia Paphos. Hay un balcón grande superior se accede por el dormitorio principal o una entrada independiente frente al cuarto de baño. Tomar el sol áreas en la piscina y en esta zona de la terraza. Amplias habitaciones con a / c en todas las habitaciones. Abierta salón / comedor / cocina con acceso al patio de dos lados de la villa, es decir, a la zona de comedor al aire libre cerca de barbacoa junto a la piscina y zona de solarium.

Although we never met our host they were in touch to ensure that everything was ok this villa has an unbelievable sea view and is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay the pool area is exceptional and we were pleasantly surprised with the welcome pack we received on arrival the hosts have done a fantastic job and you will be hard pressed to find better

Had a wonderful time at Villa Almar, perfect location to get to Coral Bay and all the restaurants and amenities close by.Steve the owner was really helpful as was Alison who ran the rental company.

Fantastic villa and location

We’ve just had an idyllic week’s holiday at Villa Almar. Couldn’t fault a thing. The villa is home away from home with everything you need if you want to cook at home…though there is a good chance you won’t as there are so many excellent restaurants near by! The villa is near to two lovely local beaches and we also went by bus to Paphos and visited a local winery Vasilikon for wine tasting. The property manager Lynn is a delight. Thoughtful and helpful and very quick to answer any queries we had. A text from the owner asking us if we had settled in was a lovely touch. It was a brilliant holiday and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Fantastic Holiday

We have just arrived back in the UK after an amazing stay at Villa Alma. On arrival the villa was exactly what we expected from the description and photos on VRBO. Everything you could possibly need is in the villa and the space was perfect for our family. The outdoor space is exceptional, and the views are stunning. The grounds and pool are well maintained; the gardener and pool man came regularly and they were lovely and really considerate. The main thing for us was the communication and support by Lynn and her team, I honestly could not fault them. Whether I sent an email or message via WhatsApp, there was an immediate response. Lynn sorted all our transport from the airport and a vehicle to take us to our son’s wedding which we were there to attend. She also arranged a bouquet to be sent to the bride and personally visited the florist to write out the accompanying card. Whilst on holiday our grandson broke his arm and I don’t know what we would have done without Lynn and Alison. I would not hesitate to return, the area is beautiful; albeit the strip was under a bit of construction work whilst we were there, this didn’t spoil our holiday it was just bad timing.

Es war alles in allem ein sehr gelungen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön gelegen. Man hat fast von überall ein Blick auf das Meer. Es hätten einzig mehr Teller + Besteck sowie Fliegennetze an den Fenstern geben können, aber es ging auch so.

Amazing sea view villa

Our stay here was amazing. There was just the 4 of us which meant a bedroom each. The master bedroom was very spacious and waking up to the sea view was a real treat. Plenty of wardrobe space in 3 of the bedrooms and the 4th had a smaller unit. The pool is a good size with ladders to enter. The sunbeds are comfortable and good size umbrellas for some shade when the sun is too hot. We even had the arrival of an ice cream van which was unexpected. Short walk to the amenities with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would recommend El Fuego, Phidias Tavern, second cup for breakfast and Yummie Yummie for a takeaway kebab. The supermarket contains everything you would need and more. The villa is walking distance to both Kerynias Beach and coral bay beach. We loved our stay here and will definitely look at returning

We couldn't fault the villa. 7 family members stayed here and we all had a wonderful time. It isxwithin walking distance of both a beach and the local bars and restaurants. The pool was a godsend on ehat was a very hot week. Would certainty consider returning in the futute

Such a great find: Amazing villa with perfect location

The Villa was perfect. There were 5 of us: myself, my husband, 2 late-teen daughters & my mum. We stayed for 16 nights. The villa’s configuration allowed everyone their own space as well as a choice of areas for us to come together. Many of the villas in the area appeared to have their pools to the front of the property whereas this one was to the rear which gave more privacy and peace. Communication with the Villa manager during the booking process and arrival was amazing which meant we had a smooth checkin and communication with the owner was also great and allowed us to know what not to pack (eg hairdryers and pool towels - as these were provided). The pool was a fantastic size and the girls were more than happy to float around on their lilos whilst enjoying the sunshine. The restaurants etc are a short walk away as is a smaller beach if you prefer that to the main coral bay beach. My husband enjoyed a walk to the beach each evening where the sunset was beautiful. Phillippo”s supermarket stocks everything you could want and they even provide a free taxi service back to your villa when you spend over €25. The taxi drivers were all very helpful. The Villa was clean, well maintained, homely, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The colour schemes were a nice touch. My daughters loved the outside bistro table and chairs outside the downstairs bedroom and the balcony upstairs has a fantastic view of the sea during the day and the city lights at night.

Arrived very late at night and the lady who manages the property had kindly stocked up on some basics we requested prior to arrival. Woke up to a sunny, beautiful villa - great location and had everything we needed for our family holiday. Highly recommended.

Superb in every respect

Just back from a fantastic two week break - 8 adults. The villa is superb as is the location close to bars, restaurants and shops. First tip Phillipos supermarket offer a free journey for passengers and their shopping - a life saver. Lynn and Alison were superb right from the minute we booked to our final departure. Nothing was too much for them in terms of advice, booking taxis and arranging an early over night stay. The villa itself is very well equipped including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro wave, washing machine, can’t think of anything that wasn’t available including sun bed towels. Can definitely recommend and are already looking at a return visit.

Whole experience was easy and Lynn and Alison were very friendly and helpful. The villa is well maintained and had everything you'd expect to holiday in comfort. The pool is fantastic-great size. We're hoping to come back next uear.

A wonderful property

If there’s such a thing as “Villa Perfection” then Villa Almar might well be it - having rented previously via Vrbo 4-5 times. The villa has a real family feeling the moment that you walk in - and has been fitted out “up” to a standard of quality, rather than “down” to a price, which is what happens with some rental villas (so you get a huge fridge, a better dishwasher than we have at home, a longer 9 foot pool with adequate sunbathing space all round, powerful air-con, forward-facing car seat, a pushchair, massive parasols by the pool, rainhead shower in the en-suite, more glasses and cutlery than you could shake a stick at ..etc…). Even the positioning of the palm tree seems designed to give the pool a bit of shade later in the afternoon (at least in July anyway)! All the bedrooms are a good size, with two enjoying awesome views over the sea, and a good top-level balcony and patio furniture. The site managers, Lynn and Alison, are absolutely awesome - and the pre and during support that they provided made the stay a real joy.

Wonderful Villa

Villa Almar was everything we expected and more. It was clean and spacious, comfortable and very well equipped- there was everything there we needed. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to Coral Bay beach and the local bars and restaurants. Even the local supermarket Philippos offer a delivery service. We had good communication with the property owner and manager from the start who were always helpful and informative, a real pleasure to deal with. Thankyou Steve & Tracy and Lynn for making our holiday such a memorable one- we hope to return one day.

Excellent quiet, residential location, views amazing.

Quiet location easily accessible for all amenities. Grounds and pool amazing and spotless. Very good value for money compared to similar properties in the area. Excellent communication with owner and property manager. Highly recommended.

Just fabulous

Love this place, 7 of us in total that came we all loved this villa. Literally has everything you need plenty of towels and blankets if you need, even a diffuser attachment for the hairdryer. Was really hot for the first 4 days then got cooler and needed to be taking hotter showers and the availability of hot water was scarce. Netflix kept children happy, there are lots of board games ect but not enough space on couch for all of us. Communication with management was great as well. There were a number of issues, but were sorted out quickly. There was an ants nest on the grounds and maintenance guys came and put some powder down on which took care of it but they seemed to appear again so we picked up some and spray and finished the entire bottle but they returned the next day.it really needs to be looked into in more detail through a pest control company but Wouldn’t stop us from coming back though, already planning another trip!

A wonderful family place

Such a well equipped villa, so much thought to details. From toys for kids, books for us, towels incl pool ones. Great facilities such a short walk away we would definitely recommend. Thanks so much for being so helpful with arranging transport etc too it’s been such an easy trip, our best villa experience so far.

We enjoyed it!

A lovely home with plenty of equipment to meet every need. They seem to have lots for small children too inc cot, toys etc. Not as close to the beach as advised though. The steps down to the beach are found after a 10 min walk. Very helpful staff. But watch out for the faulty patio door off the living room which can lock you out of the house!!!
