Una Villa de lujo frente al mar con piscina climatizada y vistas impresionantes

La Sabana es un lujo 260m² chalet en una parcela elevada (1.200 m²) con vistas panorámicas del Mediterráneo. Sus jardines conducen directamente a la orilla del mar. La playa está a sólo un corto pasillo y unos pocos pasos de la final del jardín.
La villa de tres pisos está totalmente amueblado y con aire acondicionado (incluido en el precio). La espaciosa planta abierta sala de estar y cocina comedor considerable están conectados a una terraza cubierta a través de dos grandes puertas de patio que aprovechan al máximo las impresionantes vistas abiertas. El porche con zonas de estar y comedor con vistas a la piscina por encima del promedio de tamaño climatizada y el paseo marítimo. Una zona de barbacoa se proporciona y hay una ducha discreta junto a la piscina.
Una televisión en la sala de estar, así como un receptor de satélite, reproductor de CD y una caja de manzanas se proporcionan. Wi-Fi está disponible (gratis). Calefacción de la piscina durante la temporada fría está disponible para todo el período previo acuerdo (Esto incurre en un cargo para el período completo para cubrir los gastos).

We found the location ideal. It is within walking distance of a local shop and restaurant and local hotels, but far enough from the busy areas meaning it is quiet and beautiful. The views are stunning. You cant beat sitting on the terrace from morning to night, enjoying the pool; which is great. The kitchen is great for families. The rooms were generally smaller than we thought from the pictures but we spend little time inside the house.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this lovely villa. It had everything we needed for a relaxing time in the sunshine. The outside area, pool and view were the highlight of the set up, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. You do not need a car as there are restaurants, a lovely beach bar and supermarkets in walking distance. We also used the bus and local taxis to get around which were very reliable. I’d happily recommend this lovely villa for your holiday and the owner was very helpful and efficient.

Absolutely stunning from start to finish. Communication was fantastic and really put us at ease before arrival and after, we didnt really need anything. Beautiful villa, Bea was a really good host, kept good contact and very helpful. Only bit was that the 4hr on air con is bit annoying in the night going of after 4 hrs, understand that nearly all places have the time restriction on air con and this is just the norm. Didn’t take away from a stunning villa, in a stunning location and a brilliant host. Would have spent longer in the villa if we could, and would have good back in a heartbeat!!

Thank you very much for your excellent review. It is very rewarding when guests enjoy staying at my holiday home. I very much understand your point about the aircon timer. However, as you rightly pointed out that this is quite the norm due to the high cost if electricity and the tendency of some guests to leave the air-conditioning on for long periods of time or while windows and doors are open. The timers, albeit annoying, help in a way to reduce energy wasting. I am delighted to know that you would be happy to go back and from my side, you are very welcome to do so. Destination Wedding Week

This was a great spot for our group of four couples to attend a wedding in Paphos (about a 15 min taxi) followed by three wonderful vacation days. The location is perfect and Dee is the ultimate host.

Great place to stay - well equipped spacious and clean with lovely pool and bbq area. Excellent communication with Bee who was very helpful and accommodating. We all had a lovely time - Thankyou Bee for such a great stay.

Cyprus holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa, the views are amazing. It was lovely to be able to walk down to the beach and swim in the sea which we did every day. We found the supermarket in Paphos very good and used Bolt taxis to get about. The turtle watching trip was excellent, and we had a great meal in Coral Bay on our last night. The villa itself had everything we needed and the pool was excellent.

Great Location, Amazing Views

Location is brilliant, views are fabulous. 20 Min drive from Pathos Airport and very easy to find. Quiet road, but within easy driving distance to Pathos, Pathos Old Town, Coral Bay. The owner Bee is great and at all times she is easy to get hold of and comes back straight away.

Beautiful villa and great location

Superb property, well equipped, wonderful location. Views and sounds of the ocean are brilliant. Very conveniently located for both the coral bay area and the paphos mall and marina. Bee (the owner) was lovely and very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at this villa.

No surprises, the villa was exactly as expected from the description and photographs - perfect. The property is well appointed and very clean. A short drive from the beach, restaurants etc. at Coral Bay. Great communication from Bee, the owner, and would definitely recommend.

End of summer holiday

We spent a fabulous ten days in this beautiful villa late August, early September 2024 whilst attending a family wedding. The villa had everything we could ask for and the view over the bay was spectacular both day and night. The outside space was particularly generous around the pool and eating area with an extended garden area leading down to a coastal path. The owner, Bee, was always available by email and responded very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and will hopefully return.

Beautiful

I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful villa. It is modern, clean and well maintained set in beautiful grounds with superb views out to the sea and mountains with a great pool. We hired a car, but there is a regular bus service into both Coral Bay and Pathos which we used in the evenings. The sea you beach bar which is a ten minute walk is well worth a visit to watch a stunning sunset over a few drinks. The owner Bee was instantly contactable to deal with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion

This property was absolutely beautiful. Perfectly located close to restaurants, shops and a very short walk to the Mediterranean Sea. Our family met from different countries for our stay and had an amazing time. The added bonus was all the different fruit trees on the property. Fresh peaches, lemons and apricots everyday! Bee was very quick to respond to messages and is a wonderful host. Thank you! We will definitely return to this property next time we visit Cyprus.

Wonderful

Beautiful villa with the most amazing views. The outdoor pool area is spacious with different areas to relax with shady areas which was very much appreciated because the weather was very hot whilst we were there. A very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The air con was great to have as it was very hot at night. The welcome pack was very helpful as our flight was delayed and we arrived late to the villa. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa and cannot wait to return Thanks Bee for letting us celebrate my 60th Birthday in your stunning villa.

5 Star Luxury.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This is a stunning villa with views to die for. The villa is situated just off the main road between paphos and coral bay, and overlooks the bay. The standard of fixtures and fittings was very good indeed and the owner has gone to great lengths to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. It really does have everything, notes were there with instructions for everything.. Quality bedding and good airconditioning. The swimming pool was bigger than some hotels we have been in. We hired a car, and there is good sheltered parking on the grounds. I have nothing negative to say about this villa, except for the fact that we had to leave. First class, well done owner.

Excellent villa, excellent views and excellent poo

This lovely home suited us perfectly and we've had a most restful, enjoyable holiday. We particularly appreciated: The fantastic pool - large and deep with a superb view. We had a lot of fun in it. The inflatables were a great plus Plenty of good quality furniture everywhere - in the garden, on the veranda and indoors. Everything was kept very clean. The owner was highly organised, prompt in responding and helpful. Extensive kitchen equipment - the large fridge was well used and we appreciated the good stock of seasonings, herbs and spices etc. The welcome grocery essentials were a real plus as we arrived well into the evening. The location - we enjoyed the walk to both beaches for swimming, the stroll to the beach bars and restaurants and bus route nearby. The excellent bus service. We only used our hire car for transporting our luggage from the airport and shopping for groceries! We didn't travel far as we had planned a 'horizontal' holiday but we enjoyed the water sports at Coral Bay, the Harbour for meals out and loved the Archaeological park with amazing mosaics.

Amazing Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely villa. We traveled as an extended family with ages ranging from 9 to 75. The villa was perfect for our needs especially the outside space, there is plenty of room by the pool or in the shade on the terrace and the view from the villa is amazing whether during the day, sunset or watching the lights twinkle on the hill side at night time. It is just a short walk out the back of the property to a great beach perfect for an early morning swim or a cocktail or 2 at the bar (sea View Bar) watching the sunset. Bee is a great host, providing us with accurate directions and check in instructions. She always responded promptly to any questions and was always so helpful. We had bbqs most nights after shopping at Philippos (great supermarket) but we did go to Samisen in Coral Bay which is really good and the show the chef puts on whilst cooking is such a laugh! If you are thinking of doing a turtle watching trip then we can thoroughly recommend going with Atlantis (Paphos harbour) the owner of the boat is so enthusiastic and passionate about the turtles, it was a great trip with lunch/dinner at Theo's on the harbour afterwards!

Very pleased that you and the extended family had a fantastic time at Lasabana enjoying the facilities, the views and the BBQ. The close supermarket is a great place which offers a large selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and most of what one needs during the holiday for those who wish to have a meal whilst enjoying the scenic view of Banana Bay. Thank you very much for recommending the various eating places and the nearby beach and bar to future guests. Hope to have you back in the future.

Outstanding villa with amazing view

Have just returned from an amazing holiday at this beautiful villa. From the outset when we first made enquiries about the villa the response we had was always immediate and fully answered our questions. Even though we arrived late at night at villa the view was beautiful then. However when we woke in morning it was absolutely spectacular.. The villa itself is first class and is very clean and extremely well equipped. The outside area again is first class. We spent nearly all of our time in the glorious pool as in August it was extremely hot. The BBQ area as well is great with plenty if eating areas. We had everything we could possibly want. It's location is ideal as it is peaceful but close to all amenities such as beach, supermarkets etc. we went to Sonny's restaurant which was within walking distance and had a superb meal. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The only downside was having to come home!!! Would love to return next year. Thanks bee for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

Wow, what can I say when the only dissappointment a guest has, is to go back home. Very pleased that you loved the special views, felt very comfortable and found the villa well maintained and adequately equipped. It is not just another rental villa as each time we are there for our own holiday, we continuously update and try to improve the place. Guests requirements and needs are very important and are always considered seriously. Hope to see you back again.

Wish I was back there now

The villa was fantastic and the pool area was something special. One of the reasons we chose this villa was for the view and the outside area, which had fantastic furniture. We spent the days lounging round the pool area, taking a dip ( water was a tad too cold but very refreshing ). After dinner we sat in the outside sofas - my Daughter loved the swing and had a few glasses of wine listening to the sound of the waves - bliss. Many lovely restaurants but our favourite by a mile was TWEEDIES in Kissonerga village, just a 10 minute taxi ride - you really need to book though as it's small and very popular. Excellent bus service between Paphos and Coral Bay - Philipos supermarket deliver your shopping ( and you ) back to the villa - it's a free service but we always gave the driver 10 euro which was well worth it. The icing on the cake for me would have been if the beach directly below the villa was lovely and sandy to walk along and sit on but it's not unfortunately - but hey we can't have everything and to be honest the villa and pool are so amazing you won't want to tear yourself away. Wish I was back there right now!

I am very pleased that you had a relaxing time, enjoyed the views and liked the new veranda furnature. We always try to update and improve the facilities as well as respond to guest suggestions. It is good to know that the bus service continue to be reliable thus decreasing the need for hiring a car particulary since you can have your shopping (and you) delivered safely. You will be welcome to go back again and hopefully earlier in the season in order to enjoy swiming in the not so chilly water.

Excellent well equipped villa great for chill out

The villa was exactly as descriped in all the literature. We have stayed in many villas before but I must say this villa is in the best location, waking up sitting on the veranda with that beautiful view, very relaxing Bee was very helpful throughout the process of booking and arriving at the villa. She made the whole process very easy with lots of relevant information. Bee also arranged the transfer from the airport for us which worked well. We did not hire a car and were a little sceptical as to the bus service however Cyprus has an excellent bus service you are able to catch the bus, new air conditioned buses from the end of the road they ran approx. every 10 mins to either Paphos or Coral Bay with the last bus at midnight. There are 2 restaurants within a 5 min walk and both were excellent. There was another couple slightly further away however we did not try them. The supermarket in Coral Bay was excellent we went and did our shopping and their driver brought us back to the villa along with the shopping. In both Paphos and Coral Bay there was lots of restaurants we ate in both places and had excellent food on the times we ate out.

Relaxing, beautiful

Property, facilities and location was fantastic. We had a lovely time sitting by the pool and taking in the lovely views and hot sun shine. We hired a car which allowed us to visit other beautiful locations. We were welcomed with some necessary essentials, thanks they were well appreciated. Couple of improvements that would have made the whole experience that much better are, the pool being far to hot plus the water made our costumes and towels yellow and the advice not to swim in the pool during the hottest part of the day was not helpful. One other issue was the AC which was on a timer and through the night when it was very hot we had to get up to turn back on which resulted in unbroken sleep, every night. The WiFi was poor and the TV options did not meet our expectations as we could only access Netflix. We did not go on holiday to watch TV but what was advertised was not what was available. We feel that the above comments have previously been highlighted but obviously not addressed. Positives were the speed of the team responding to any issues and fantastic communications pre holiday and during our stay (Bee). Overall a Lovely stay and great accommodation and location.

Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you were happy with accomodation and location. July in Cyprus is hot and the temperature reached 40 degrees Celcius during the day. Therefore it is not unusual for the pool water to reflect this. Unfortunately, it is not the norm to have pool chillers in Villa pools in Cyprus. Therefore there was not much i could do to cool the water. The fitting of timers on air conditioners is also common in Cyprus as it is not uncommon for guests to forget the air-conditioning on even while they are out which is a major energy wastage. Unfortunately the only timers available in Cyprus do not exceed 4 hours. The internet is not very strong However there will be fibre connected in a couple of weeks which should improve this issue to a great degree. This has only been made available in the area recently.

A stunning luxury villa

We all loved our stay at LaSabana. The property itself is very attractive and superbly maintained, and can quite rightly be described as a luxury Villa. Set over 3 floors, there are 4 large double bedrooms (2 with ensuite on the top floor and 2 on the bottom floor with access to a shower room) giving privacy and space between you and the kids if you need it. A large fully fitted kitchen with a seperate indoor dining area leads out onto a beautiful varanda with plenty of space for outdoor eating overlooking the pool and stunning sea view. With a new leather suite in the lounge and everything looking spotless, there were plenty of luxurious touches for adults yet the villa felt very child and user friendly.The property owner proved to be excellent in providing highly detailed communications and pre-holiday information, which meant our journey and access to and from the property were pretty much stress free. Coral Bay Beach and associated bars and restaurants are just around the corner (5 minutes by car), Paphos airport 25 minutes away. We left with the UK bracing for the worst storms in years, and just over 4 hours later arrived in cloudless skies and a pleasant 26 degree heat. We were a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids), and we all hope you get chance to enjoy LaSabana just as much as we did.

The owners (Bee and her husband) are a professional couple who live and work in the UK. They fell in love with Lasabana while on holiday in Cyprus and acquired it as a holiday home for them and their three sons to enjoy. .

Due to work commitments, the family are not able to use the villa as much as they would like to. However they are happy to share it with guests who appreciate a private and tranquil setting with uninterrupted stunning views of the mediterranean. Since purchasing the place in 2010, various updating and improvement projects have been undertaken. The latest of which is provision of heating for the swimming pool (2016).

In addition to the above, the position of this detached villa is very convenient for the airport, coral bay and Paphos irrespective of whether the guests choose to hire a car or not. Buses are frequent and for those with a car/s, there is space to park up to 3 cars. The villa has abundance of outside space and beautiful well maintained gardens. Shops, restaurants and beaches are either within walking distance or a very short drive / ride (by car or bus).
The kitchen is equipped with all the equipments and provisions required by guests.
Potential guests are advised to read the reviews which speak for themselves.
Furthermore, communication with Bee and her villa managers is easy. Bee supplies precise information to visitors and responds promptly to all e mails generated by potential and confirmed guests.
Guests are assured of a very clean and well set accomodation. Bee can also recommend a taxi firm for transport to and from the airport. She is also happy to organise a shopping list for guests who require such service.
