Villa Taronga is an amazing 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa close to the beach and all amenities. This villa offers another level of exclusivity with luxurious details in an ultra-modern setting with stunning views over Coral Bay. The open plan lounge and dining area hosts a huge flat screen TV, comfortable seating, modern table and chairs and there is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, bar stools, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and granite worktops. The cleverly designed patio doors disappear into the wall cavity to drink in those stunning views.

The first of the 5 bedrooms is on the ground floor with its own en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the main balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea view. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.

Going down the gated marble staircase takes you to a further 3 bedrooms and the pool area.

On this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a large separate shower room and a double bedroom which has a beautiful en-suite shower room. All these bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly to the terrace and pool area. Also there is a small kitchenette/bar area where you will find cupboards with granite worktops, small fridge and a sink. Just by this is the door which leads to the garage which houses a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey & foosball table. Leading on from the pool terrace and around the corner of the grounds of the property is a self contained double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with it’s own private entrance.

With private pool (heating optional extra) and space to enjoy sunbathing. There is an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous alfresco dining experience.
