A Luxury Duplex Penthouse apartment that boasts 3 substantial bedrooms all with full En Suite Facilities, 5 outdoor kitchen, bedroom and lounge terraces with great views out over the Countryside to the Mediterranean.
The lounge is modern, open and beautifully appointed, with very comfortable seating and a large screen cable tv
A fully equipped modern open plan kitchen with a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wine fridge, large modern dining table that seats 6.
There is Underground parking space's for 2 cars, multiple car parking slots outside the Mansion, plus an electric Golf buggy is available for free use within the urbanisation or on the golf course.
All Bedrooms are modern, fresh and super comfortable, each with its own terrace and terrace furniture. Each Bedroom has its own en suite facilities
Access to a communal pool is available at set times of the year, May to Sept inclusive
The urbanisation has a small coffee shop, a convenience store and a superb Italian restaurant.
The San Roque Golf Club has recently been fully refurbished as has its iconic "Old" Golf Course, the club welcomes visitors and holidaymakers and boasts a top class restaurant and bar
The Urbanisation is patrolled & protected by security staff and there is a management office that can help with any enquiries
