Villa Donatella lies in the south-east part of the wonderful country-side of Tuscany. This lovely villa is situated on the top of the hill, at 400 meters above the sea level and it is encircled by vineyards, olive groves and the most beautiful views of the Crete Senesi,and Val d’Orcia, This property is part of an important winery where it is possible to taste one of the most renowned Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti. This beautiful brick building typical of Tuscany itself has been restored to a high standard, maintaining many traditional features and blessed with modern comforts in a thoroughly traditional and antique setting. Outside a beautiful garden with an inviting and panoramic pool with external shower and a big gazebo for dining “al fresco”. The ancient medieval village of Trequanda is only 2 kilometres away and there are several interesting places within 40 Km. (Siena,Montalcino, Sinalunga, Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona and Trasimeno Lake). Restaurant, tennis court and wellness area are in the owner’s farm at only 200 meters.
Swimming pool is open from 1st of June till 1st of October. Extra costs are payable at location: final cleaning 200 euro - Pets 30 euro per week each one - Visitor's tax 1 euro per person per day up to 7 days - heating cost 420 euro per week
