It features 3 modern bedrooms, 2 deluxe bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area, a spacious private pool, air-conditioning, parking spaces, free Wi-Fi, and numerous other luxurious amenities.

In detail, it is a bungalow style villa of 100 m2, that comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 guests, and a spacious living room with fireplace. 3 modern bedrooms are provided, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, one other with a double bed and a third with twin beds that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed if needed. There are 2 deluxe bathrooms -one of them en-suite to the master bedroom, and a second one shared by the two other bedrooms.

The exterior spaces of the villa comprise a shaded terrace with a patio dining set if you wish to enjoy your meals al-fresco while admiring the mesmerising landscape around you. Moreover, there is a spacious, private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas around it for the visitors to enjoy the stunning views either during the daytime or by night. The atmosphere of the place will amaze you and amply offer you the desired relaxation and tranquillity, just by watching the endless, lush nature that spreads before you until it reaches the crystal clear sea of Almirou Bay.

In addition, there is a BBQ facility, shared with the other two villas that are set in the estate.
