Ferrystone is a fantastic duplex apartment resting in Kingswear, Devon and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with oven and hob, grill, microwave, fridge, a dining room with seating for six people, a sitting room with TV and fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite shower room and two doubles, along with an additional shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a roof terrace and roadside parking available. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ferrystone is a fantastic dwelling for an escape to Devon with loved ones.
