Situated on a quiet road in a more peaceful part of Leeds, the apartment offers a relaxing setting while still being within easy reach of the city centre. A small selection of shops and cafés can be found nearby, while a wider range of options is just a 25-minute walk along the river, or a short drive or bus journey into the city.



Getting Around:

Leeds train station has access to all major UK stations and is just 1.2 miles away. There is a bus stop on the street outside with buses to the centre every 5 minutes. The city centre can also be easily reached on foot.



Other Things to Note:

Parking is available upon request and subject to availability.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.



Please note that the entrance door to your apartment does NOT lock automatically, please manually lock the door to the apartment upon entry and exit to the apartment.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
