Hosting five bedrooms, including one ground-floor double, three doubles and one twin, along with one ground-floor bathroom, one shower room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for five cars, an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and an enclosed rear garden with decking. Coast Guard House offers a fabulous family getaway to the Kent coast.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Hot tub. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, hot tub, outdoor shower & furniture. Two well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: Hot tub will be available from 13th February 2021. Please be advised: This property has a slipway available adjacent to the property, suitable for launching small vessels/jets skis/sailing boats and motor boats.
