Amazing views where you can see both the Carribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean
It is a short walk or 2 minute drive to the nearest beach
The villa is private and gated and in an excellent standard
The landscaped gardens are lovely with many different birds visiting daily
The swimming pool is large with a small chill pool adjacent to it
Wireless internet and cable TV (with sports) is in the villa
Brand new air-conditioning in all the bedrooms
The Cap Estate is a very safe and beautiful area close to Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island

Amazing View

The view is amazing. Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Caribbean sea on the other. Great communication with the owner and property manager. Seamless checking in. Would definitely stay there again.

An absolute nightmare…

I have been a regular user of VRBO and other vacation rental sites for years and my 1 week stay at this property was the absolute worst experience. What was supposed to be a fun birthday/New Year’s celebration, turned out to be a nightmare. On the day of our arrival, we discovered the property was still being cleaned (which we understood because guests checked out earlier in the day). However, the property was not cleaned in a satisfactory manner. The floor-to-ceiling windows (the property’s main selling point is the view) were filthy and contained the handprints of a toddler all over, the fridge and walls were dirty with what appeared to be tomato sauce, the supposedly “clean” dishes were filthy, and the blankets were stained. We tried to be understanding and reached out to the host and owner about these issues and expected the host/owner to send a cleaner to the property. Instead, both the host and the owner were shockingly disrespectful and rude. The owner harassed us via text for hours late into the night and called us “so boring” and told us to “get a life” when we raised these issues. As women staying on the property alone, the behavior of these 2 men was threatening and disgusting. Although the property itself is beautiful, there are other beautiful properties in St. Lucia that offer an equally beautiful view. We do not recommend staying at this property.

House on the Hill with Spectacular views

This place had spectacular view from every area of the house. Waking up in the master bedroom with the view of the ocean each morning was breathtaking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed to make a meal as if you were at home. We loved spending time in the pool, if we did not make it to the beach. Frank and Fletcher answered all our questions timely and were very accommodating to some of our needs. We will definitely rent again and recommend to our friends and family.

One of the best vacation homes I've visited

First to begin. The villa is so beautiful amd it sits on top of a hill which is breathtaking. The view from the master bedroom overlooking the marina/ harbour is to die for. That alone was worth it. The house was very clean and comfortable. Fletcher the property manager was very welcomimg and helpful throughout our stay. He is very informative The only downside of the property is that it is not really child friendly in terms of the balcony/ porch being an open concept. It was a little difficult keeping a 2 year old from using the space. We did however find ways to block the open space but that was a little inconvenient. All in all it was a lovely vacation and the house is awesome. We will definitely love to stay there ❤️ again

Great View!

The communication was very fast and the owner get us in contact with the manager. They explained us everything and the poolboy was almost daily there. If you need cleaning, you just have to say it. The villa is perfekt located and has one of the best views in cap estate! We enjoyed it very there. The beach is just 3 min by car away. You can just park for free at the public beach. It is one of the best ones I have ever seen! Thank you for everything.
