Esta propiedad viene equipada con una piscina privada y exuberantes jardines tropicales que cuenta con una colorida variedad de fauna caribeña.

La brisa acogedora fluye a través de las puertas francesas que abarcan toda la sala, el comedor y la cocina en Brise De Mer. No solo es el concepto abierto de la sala de estar principal y espacioso, sino que también tiene un amplio balcón con vistas pintorescas del siempre encantador Mar Caribe y el famoso hito nacional de Pigeon Island, la hermosa playa de Anse Du Cap vista desde la villa está a poca distancia lejos, solo esperando que lo visites. Siéntese y disfrute de la escena o organice una lujosa cena. Baje unas escaleras para encontrar la piscina y el área del salón donde las vistas ininterrumpidas pintan la escena.

Brise De Mer tiene tres habitaciones con baño ubicadas en el piso superior, la habitación principal y la primera habitación tienen camas king y sus propios balcones privados. La tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en una cama king si así lo desea. La cuarta habitación es un apartamento adosado al que se accede desde la terraza de la piscina y es el último piso de la villa, este es un apartamento independiente con cocina, baño completo y sala de estar / comedor y su propio bar y patio.

Esta gran villa espaciosa es ideal para la pareja que busca una escapada tranquila y privada, así como para una familia que desea un espacio para jugar y relajarse juntos. La villa está equipada con electrodomésticos y muebles modernos, y hay tres baños con bañeras y dos medios baños, uno ubicado en el piso principal y otro cerca de la piscina.

La dotación de personal incluye: ama de llaves / cocinero: 6 días a la semana, un jardinero una vez a la semana y mantenimiento de la piscina dos veces a la semana y artículos de tocador, toallas y cajas de seguridad.

Our stay at this villa was exceptional. The property is spacious, beautifully clean, and offers breathtaking views. Lucy and Vanessa, our housekeeper and chef, were absolutely wonderful. Lucy especially went above and beyond to make us feel at home and cooked incredible meals throughout our stay. We're already looking forward to returning!

Great house, had literally everything you could want in a Home-from-Home experience. Kitchen was excellent, rooms, pool & beach boys & bobs, cool bags for days out… nothing else you'd want or need. Very comfortable and quiet. Amazing views sun rise & sunset. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Home

We spent 8 days/nights at Brise D Mar and loved every minute of it. The view is spectacular and morning coffee was so relaxing every morning with that view. The pool was perfect. We really did not go out to many places at all with the house being that beautiful and accommodating. Lucy was the star of the show. She made us breakfast in the mornings and cooked some of her specialties for lunch/dinner that were absolutely amazing. In fact, we only ate out one night because her food was so delicious! We are missing Lucy already. She kept the house so clean and fresh and that really made it feel like a true vacation to all of us. We have stayed at many homes in many countries for our yearly family vacations, but this is in the top 3 for sure!

Property was fantastic, especially as we were 2 families. View was amazing, pool incredible and Lucy the housekeeper was brilliant. We typically ate out once - either lunch or dinner and had Lucy prepare the other 2 meals. Food and cooking was fantastic and made for a truly relaxing holiday.

Great friend location

We had a group of 4 couples stay and it was perfectly set up for us. Good living area to socialize, fabulous covered deck for coffee, breakfast, dinner and just relaxing. Lucy was a fabulous addition to house. She and Joanne kept the premises spotless, cooked for us, and just a smiling positive moment in the day.

Great Villa Great Vacation

What a view from the balcony! House was perfect, very clean and well maintained, staff (Lucy) was exceptional. Beds were all very firm and comfortable and all four bedrooms are equally appointed so no couple was slighted. Rodney Bay is 10 minutes away and has some great restaurants and shopping although the traffic is nerve racking. Best beach is by far Smugglers Cove (5 minutes). Also there is The Naked Fisherman (great food) and "The Cliff" which was a true dining experience on the rock out in the water (ranking in my top 5 ever). Make sure to find the overlook at Point Hardy in Cap Estate, truly spectacular! Would highly recommend this villa for families or couples!

Paradise on an island

Unusually the villa surpassed our expectations, and nothing was found wanting, and its position was the icing on the cake. Lucy was a positive treasure, and showed real concern for all our wants . She saw to our every need and her rum punch defies description. we left with very heavy hearts, but my three year old grand daughter had learned to swim!

I'll start out by saying Lucy was incredible. She is the heart of this home. It is truly lovely. Very well maintained and breathtaking views. Bris de mer has every amenity we needed and more. Perfect location for our party of 7. Great advice from Illtyd and Lucy as to where to go and what to do on the island. Iris gives the most wonderful massages. Bris de mer is top of our list of any VRBO we've stayed. Thank you Blue Skly Luxury for making a dream vacation for our family possible.

We chose this place due to the online feedback. Lucy is amazing and couldn't be more accommodative. She made us breakfast in the morning and would also prepare anything else needed. Just an absolute wonderful person. Blue Sky stocked our refrigerator ahead of time for us which was a big help. they also planned a day on a private charter boat for us that was a great time with snorkeling, mud baths, water falls, lunch and very nice people! We also did horseback riding and rode the side by side atvs. Pigeon island is a nice quick day hike. The place is beautiful…..make sure to take a couple days just to enjoy the great accommodations. The pictures don't do it justice. Blue Sky also recommended our driver, Ginger (Victoria is his real name), who was reliable and a good driver. Definitely recommend this beautiful place!!

Lovely villa with amazing views

Our family of 6 adults stayed at Brise de Mer in January 2024 for 9 nights. It is a lovely villa and the views are amazing, to Pigeon Hill and the Body Holiday Resort down on the beach. We watched multiple New Year's Eve fireworks from the veranda. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 of which are large and of equal size, and one in between that is about 25% smaller. There is a fourth room/apartment below with a separate entrance but no one wanted to stay there -- it's a bit of a rabbit warren into the bedroom and it feel very disconnected from the rest of the house. The house is amply furnished though some of the decor is a little dated, such as the dining room. Lucy, the housekeeper, is delightful and keeps the place looking wonderful all the time. She also prepared meals for us, and ordered in fresh fish which she marinaded for us to grill. The property manager was responsive regarding booking, though the concierge service can be slow to deal with; it was responsive to any issues with the villa but I suggest you make your own bookings for golf and tennis or excursions. The golf is 5 minutes away and the tennis is 15 minutes away. The tennis courts are in good condition but not in a very scenic spot nor with any facilities around. The pool area has lovely views (though no shade but for 2 parasols). For a beach, we drove 5 minutes to the beach at Body Holiday Resort or just beyond to the Beach of Cap Maison, which also has a very nice beach restaurant.

Notre séjour à la villa Brise de mer a été exceptionnel! La villa est propre, décorée avec gout, elle est tres bien équipée et très fonctionnelle, nous étions 8 adultes.Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, la vue panoramique sur la baie est imprenable et époustouflante! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lucie et Vanessa.Lucie a été incroyable, d'une gentillesse extraordinaire, elle est prévenante, arrangeante et discrète à la fois, mille merci à elle!Seul point à corriger selon, ce serait de rajouter un éclairage au niveau du BBQ.Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!

We had an AMAZING time at Brise de Mer! Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations, especially Lucy and Illtyd! We enjoyed our time at the villa, especially the beautiful pool! And we also enjoyed exploring the island - what an amazing place! While we loved our stay, there were just a couple of things you/the owner might think about to make if even better! A few rafts or floats for the pool would be a good addition. The hair dryer would not work well in the master bath closest to the pool. I didn't try it in the other master, but did try it in the centre bedroom's bathroom where it worked much better. Not a biggie…just thought I would share!

This property is excellent with space, the view (on the hill overlooking Pigeon Island) comfort and Lucy, the housekeeper, was wonderful. A true property of envy for those who don't get to stay there. 110 v and 220 v outlets are both available. There is a gated driveway. The pool is a great part of the property.

Save yourself some time and don't look anymore. You just found it. The pictures don't do Justice. We will book the same place next time. Location wise, it's absolutely the best part of island (in my opinion). Very close drive to Rodney Bay and Reduit beach which is one the most beautiful beaches on the island. Very close to Pigeon island. The house is situated on top of hill with an unmatched view of the island, blue water and pigeon island. Very close to Naked Fisherman restaurant with a private beach. The housekeeper has been a wonderful add. It made our trip even more memorable to come back to a clean house with food already made. We all fell in love with her. We will truly miss Lucy. There was plenty of room for our 3 families and more. It's also very equipped. The most equipped Airbnb I have stayed in. Even Bluetooth speakers, cooler to pack drinks on our beach days and more.

This villa is outstanding, the place is spotlessly clean, the views are superb, the pictures really don't do it justice. There is something to be said about be able to get up in the morning and go for a dip in the pool, whilst the wonderful housekeeper Lucy prepares breakfast and serves it on the veranda... Lucy is a lovely lady, her food marinades are exceptional and her rum punch is the best we've ever had... If this villa is available, don't pass it by you will not be disappointed...
