Nuestra villa se encuentra en Benalmádena Pueblo, un encantador pueblo de estilo antiguo andaluz con vistas al mar Mediterráneo, a 15 min. conduciendo desde el aeropuerto de Málaga, a 5 min del mar y 20 min. a Marbella

En el centro del pueblo, a solo 10 minutos a pie, hay muchos restaurantes y bares, así como tiendas, oficinas bancarias, farmacia y dos pequeños supermercados.
Supermercados más grandes como Mercadona, Lidl y Carrefour, a menos de 2 km.
También estamos muy cerca de la Clínica Internacional Xanit, a 2 minutos en automóvil.

Libre de vecinos o ruidos, esta propiedad muy grande es el lugar perfecto para relajarse.

La casa ha sido la primera finca de la urbanización "Rancho Domingo", la única urbanización de 5 estrellas en la costa junto con la de Sotogrande.

Cuenta con una piscina al aire libre de 25 metros y una piscina cubierta climatizada. Construido a finales de la década de 1950, hay árboles de 50 años alrededor. La casa está ubicada en medio de 7. 000 metros cuadrados de bosques y jardines cultivados muy grandes que ofrecen una amplia gama de plantas, frutas y animales exóticos como los camaleones.

Situado en las montañas, la propiedad está por encima de la niebla típica de la costa. Por lo general, es 3 ° C más cálido que en la costa, pero siempre hay una brisa fresca. Se extiende en 3 niveles al frente, detrás y al lado de la casa, lo que ofrece mucho espacio para que los grupos se extiendan y muchas posibilidades de cambios de escenario. Uno puede pasar días en el sitio sin hacer lo mismo dos veces.

Our family of 9 adults and 3 children visited La Rotonda mid-October 2025 for a week holiday. The house was selected on basis of its location and facilities Arriving at the gate we were stunned by the courtyard and house appearance (learned later that the house was design by the American architect Robert Mosher.Entering the house our impression was maintained going through the entrance, the large inhouse dining and large living area with several windows facing the sea. All rooms were nicely fitted and of a quality comparable with suite standard at 4/5 stars hotel (with the master bedroom as outstanding). In addition, there is a large outside area facing the sea with large dining area ( grill facilities) and lounge area. We were blessed with very nice weather (sunny and 30 degrees daytime and 20 during evening/night) and we spent most of time using the outdoor facilities as well as the impressive garden with trees from the start i.e. around 60-70 years old. These together with the large lawn areas and the house itself made an exclusive impression of the propertyThe house is used by the owners privately which provides a nice feeling of home being when staying as guests.As to service and help Elena (Head of guest service), Daniela and Diego all were very observant to our wishes / needs in all aspects i.e. house function and what to do as visitor.Al- in-all we had an excellent stay at La Rotonda and can strongly recommend it for vacation.Br pierre

Een zeer comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien.

We vierden ons 50-jarig huwelijksfeest met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Door de grootte van het huis was er voldoende privacy voor iedereen. Het huis is zeer sfeervol ingericht. Voor het grote buitenbad was het helaas te koud, maar het verwarmde binnenbad viel erg in de smaak bij de kleinkinderen. Het is een geweldig onderkomen.

Fabulous Family Holiday

Family of 7 , including our 2 year old grand daughter- had a lovely week at the property. Spacious grounds , indoor heated pool and large outdoor pool ( a bit chilly but nice!) Views over the town and coast are stunning. Great BBQ area and seating for the whole family at dinner time , lots of other quiet areas to sit . We had a cot put into one of the rooms, all good. Location is around 15 minutes drive from centre of town which suited us and a 10 minute walk into the old town which is very nice for drink or meal. We used Ubers to get about which we fairly decent. So all in all a great stay and relaxing family holiday.

April in Spain

We've rented beautiful homes in many countries and cities and this is one of the top two properties we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. We have a relatively large family spread out over multiple cities and states and try to have a get together once or twice a year with all members that are available at any given time. This was one of those. The house is beautiful and convenient --walking distance to shops and restaurants and located in an area that makes day trips to many other villages easy to explore. Elena was so helpful and easy to communicate with and Diego and Rocio were wonderful---taking care of the house and property. There haven't been many houses that we would return to----this one, we definitely plan to again, soon!!! Can't recommend it highly enough!!

Excellent!

Maison spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Service impeccable tout au long du séjour. Elena est toujours là pour aider, faire des réservations, nous renseigner, et rendre notre séjour mémorable. Diego le jardinier et Rocia la femme de ménage sont tous deux très discrets et très gentils. La piscine est immense, la vue est splendide et tous les équipements de la maison sont dans de bonnes conditions et très complets. Que de bonnes choses à dire sur notre séjour et je recommande fortement cette propriété.

Just a great place to stay

We were a group of six adults and three young kids (6mts to five years). What we were looking for was space, a pool and a good location. This had all of that in spades plus a lot more. The house is well organised in that it has two ground floor bedrooms which had a second bedroom for the children nearby. A good room for the"oldie parents" and two further bedrooms upstairs which we did not need. Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. Outside, the seating was great, with a covered area near the house, and plenty of seating around the outside pool. There was also a children's play area outside. Inside, there is a heated pool, which the small kids enjoyed as the outdoor one was still "brisk" (May June) for them. Great BBQ outside allowing evening meals to be cooked outside. Location wise, it's very well situated with most of Andalusia to be easily reached ( Malaga, Cordoba Granada, Seville, Mijas) and Gibraltar. Some good walks nearby for those who wish it, but they are steep! Good range of shops nearby. For those who wanted a beer or churros for breakfast, great place five minutes away. The host, Elena, could not have been more helpful, both in the communication leading upto our stay and sorting out things once we got there. To have the place cleaned the times a week was great, and many thanks to Daniela for doing such a great job. All in all, a great place which provided our family with many great memories.

Great house

We had a really lovely stay here. Its much better than the pictures. The indoor pool was a real hit with the kids as was the large garden for football and games. A good supply of towels too! The beds were really comfortable. Everything was squeeky clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again or to recommend for any large family or group of 3 families of 4. More than enough space and much much better than a hotel or 3 apartments. The kitchen has everything you could need and washer and dryer were great. Elena the manager was really helpful and Diego the caretaker was a real sweetie. Thanks so much xx

Amazing luxurious holiday !!

This villa is a gem! It is sparkling clean, very spacious with everything in perfect condition, it feels as if everything is brand new as it is so well looked after. Elena, the manager, and Diego, the caretaker, are so friendly and helpful - they made our stay perfect. The pretty village is only 10/15 mins walk away (slightly uphill) where there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars, supermarkets and a few gift shops. Thank you Elena and Diego, we feel very spoilt!

Best place ever!

We had a fantastic stay at villa Rotonda. Elena was a wonderful host and we really felt welcome in this wonderful house. I can warmly recommend this accommodation for friends, families and larger parties. It is also only a few minutes to the nearest restaurant and shop for anyone who wants to. Big thanks for everything, I hope we'll see you again :)

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in deze mooie villa

Het huis is precies zoals op de foto's, veel ruimte, grote tuin en bijna alles gelijkvloers. De communicatie met Elena was prima; we kregen snel reactie op al onze vragen. Het huis is zeer compleet en met zorg ingericht. In de meeste vakantie-huurhuizen is alleen het hoogst noodzakelijke aanwezig. Deze villa is ingericht met veel aandacht voor details en gezelligheid. Dat voelt heel huiselijk. Deze inrichting vind je terug in alle kamers. Met 13 personen (inclusief peuter) hadden we meer dan genoeg ruimte. Voldoende privacy voor iedereen door o.a. de vele terrassen. Iedere dag heeft Daniela een fantastisch ontbijt voor ons klaargemaakt en alles daarna weer opgeruimd en afgewassen. Wat een luxe om zo de dag te kunnen beginnen, zeker als we vroeg weg gingen voor een trip in de omgeving, heerlijk! Diego zorgt voor alle onderhoud, tuin en zwembaden en kun je altijd vragen om hulp. Hij heeft onze BBQ geweldig verzorgd. Ondanks de 21-24 graden was het buitenbad helaas nog te koud. Maar wat fijn dat er dan een binnenzwembad is. De kinderen hebben hiervan genoten. Al met al hebben wij een fantastische meivakantie gehad.

Very spacious and comfortable home!

Very comfortable house with lots of privacy, and yet close to shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful large garden that is perfectly maintained. The lovely warm indoor pool makes you feel like you are in a spa. Compliments for the staff who give the guests a welcome feeling, and perfectly maintain the house and garden.

Wonderful home with great views of the sea and mountains

We had a wonderful stay! The house worked perfectly for the 10 of us. Diego was friendly and helpful our entire stay, helping with ping-pong, lawn tennis and building a nightly fire. The walk to town was done nearly daily by some members of the group. We also were able to do day trips to Ronda, Sevilla, Granada and Gibraltar with relative ease. The museums in downtown Malaga were excellent, we especially liked the Russian museum collection.

Stunning Property, absolutely perfect

Everything was first class from the very first corresponance to the last, Elena was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Due to our arrival being on a Sunday, Elena went out of her way to arrange some essential grocery items. The house was fantastic and Diego being on site was so comforting. All in all a fabulous house, we will definitely return.

Didn't want to leave.

We took the villa for three weeks in August 2017 and we loved it. We were a party of 11, 6 adults and 5 children, ranging in age from 3-11, and there was plenty of room for all. It is a beautiful villa inside and out. It has everything anyone would need and so very well furnished. Elena, the Manager, made us very welcome and made sure everything suited our needs, even providing a small bed for our youngest grandchild in his brother's room. Daniela the cleaner is very friendly and very thorough in her work. Diego alias 'Mr Fix-it' made sure the pool was always clean and the extensive garden well maintained. He also took away all our recycling and other rubbish. He even managed to mend the arm on my broken sunglasses. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them - thank you all for making our stay so easy and comfortable. The house is situated a short walk from the village of Benalmadena Pueblo which has very good restaurants and a spa, which our daughters-in-law enjoyed. There is also a very good pizza restaurant just down the road from the villa which delivers very good pizzas very quickly. The garden affords views of both the sea and the mountains and the view in the evening of the lights below from the bigger coastal towns was amazing. We have been renting villas for the family summer break on an annual basis now for 11 years and this we all agreed was the best. Golf courses for the men and Tivoli World, among other things, for the children. We had to drive a way to find a decent beach - our favourite being at La Cala de Mijas. We will definitely be thinking of returning.

Truly beautiful, even better than the photos show

I stayed here for 1 week & in total there were 7 adults, 1 baby & 2 kids so 10 in total, 4 separate families & this Gillian was perfect for that. You could all more than comfortably spend time together but also separately if you wanted. The photos on the website done this villa no justic at all, it is even more beautiful in real life. The rooms are huge, house is clean what more do you need. You can take dogs but if you don't have a dog this house is still perfect as you would never know dogs have stayed. The best bit for us about it was the fact that it had both a indoor & outdoor pool which was ideal for my baby as outside was too cold. The location is just perfect, just a 10 min walk you come to a lovely square with beautiful restaurants. Diageo the live in caretaker was fantastic too, helped us with the BBQ & called a taxi for us when we needed one. I am a very fussy person but this villa totally lived up to my expectations & I would return & recommend to my friends & family.

Wonderful holiday!!!

The villa perfectly met all our needs: privacy, a lot of space in- and outdoor, incredible views, heated indoor pool, extremely large outdoor pool...) The staff were so friendly and helpful that they helped making our holiday even nicer!!! Thank you! Benalmadena is a beautiful village where you can take a walk through the lovely little streets, visit some nice shops and there's a great selection of bars and restaurants to cater for every taste. We warmly recommend villa La Rotonda!

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful time at the house. We were 12 persons staying in the house (8 adults and 4 children). We were met by Elena at arrival, who has provided exellent service before and during a the stay. The property was clean and well-maintained and the facilities were as described. We highly recommend this property.

fantastic villa for a relaxed family vacation

A really great villa with a splendid pool. Rooms are big and very clean. The garden at the back of the house is really great for kids to play tennis or football, all equipment is available. Nice terrace to lounge and Diego is willing to help with everything (BBQ). We had a really relaxed and luxury vacation. (2 families with kids)

Superb

Both adults (8) and children (5) had a very nice week in April. The indoor-pool (30 degrees) was very popular, and even the outdoor-pool (17 degrees) was nice. Everything inside and outside functioned very well. It may be we try to save Money to get back.

Amazing!!!!

We stayed at this villa with two other families and it was just perfect. The villa is divided into three wings each with two bedrooms each so this mean't that each family had their own privacy and space. The villa is amazing, It is set up high and looks down onto the town and out to the sea. The views were beautiful and there is a lovely seating area with, BBQ, loungers and outdoor tables and chairs from which to enjoy it. We went in the first week of April and were lucky to have nice weather, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool although it was a little too cool for the outdoor pool. I can imagine this would be a lot of fun in the summer. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge area just beautiful with a stunning fireplace. You really do feel like you are somewhere special! A car is essential, for the supermarket runs and to get out and about. I have to say that Elena, the manager, was brilliant, outbound our flights were cancelled and she assisted with everything she could from booking new flights to rearranging the dates of our stay. From the outset she was very helpful with all the questions that I had and very informative and approachable. Despite the fact that she herself was on holiday when we arrived she remained in touch and was very prompt in replying to our enquires. The villa staff, Diego and Maria were delightful, always happy to help, discrete and cheerful. The kids loved them and it was actually nice to see them around the villa. They were like our friends! They ensured the villa was kept clean and tidy and really took pride in their work. I have stayed at many villas in the past and can honest say that this is one of the most beautiful villas I have every had the privilege to stay at. We cannot wait to return! Thank you !

We only use the finest products and materials - the best spring mattresses, 600 thread Egyptian cotton bed linen, 700g towels, Schumacher upholstery, all walls painted in Farrow & Ball paint, etc..

Beneath the bedlinen we use protective covers that are always being washed. We frequently treat mattresses with 150° C hot and 100km/h fast micro steam that kills 100% of dust mites and 99.999% of bacteria, so that you can relax in comfort. For natural and consistent lighting, we still use halogen light bulbs because none of the 120 LED bulbs we tested could satisfy our expectations..
The bathroom amenities and sun screen we provide for you does not contain plastics or chemicals. Our on-site caretaker Diego works around the clock on the gardens and pools so that they are in a condition never achieved by external pool or gardening services.

We want you to make the best of your vacation and we want to inspire you to take a bit of it back home.

The house has been the first estate of the urbanization "Rancho Domingo", which was created in the 1950s and one of the few luxury spots at the coast back then, together with Marbella Club, Guadalmina and Sotogrande.
