The Villa is located on a plot of 650 square meters of grass/garden.

Large shaded terrace in front of the pool with 40 meters and capacity for 20 people

Stays less than 4 days, the cleaning service has an additional fee which is 300€

Gran terraza con sombra frente a la piscina ... 40 metros cuadrados con instalaciones para 20 personas.
Hay pasos desde el nivel de la calle a la entrada principal de la villa y luego disfrutar de fantásticas vistas especialmente desde la terraza de 40 metros cuadrados ... fantásticos amaneceres y juegos de sol y vistas de 360º.
CAMINANDO distancias a ... Arroyo de la Miel (ciudad) 15 minutos. (muchos bares y restaurantes, etc.) ... al parque de diversiones Tivoly. 14 minutos ... al teleférico 15 minutos ... a la playa 30 minutos caminando cuesta abajo (la gente suele caminar y tomar un taxi para 6 euros.)

Nuevo hospital público a 4 minutos en coche.

Terraza superior (45 m2) con vista de 360º de las montañas, el mar y el pueblo
Terraza con barbacoa (35 m2) a la sombra junto a la piscina. el sol golpea la piscina todo el día. Sin embargo, no todo el mundo quiere sol todo el día ... así que si quieres sombra, solo muévete a los 35 m2. terraza sombreada desde donde se puede ver a sus hijos.

Better than expected from arrival to departure

A fantastic property, ideal for large groups, so much space inside and out and every need catered for. Wonderful hosts that looked after us from booking to leaving. For us Brits the air conditioning is amazing! We would highly recommend and sure to return.

great villa with amazing service

the villa is in a great location, close to the town and beach. The area was really nice and not over run with tourists. lots of nice cafes and beach bars. the owner also took very good car of our group. this was our first group holiday away from england and the owner did his best to make sure we felt safe and had anything we needed. The villa was in great condition and exactly as described.

Fantastic experience

Highly recommended for family holiday. Host was very helpful, took us to supermarket for initial shop. Villa was brilliant, plenty of space if you want a quiet time. Well equipped. Marina is about 10€ in an Uber depending how busy. Thank you for a super holiday. Mark 5-12 may.

Golf Trip

We recently stayed for a golfing trip for 10 people. The villa was in a great location to the bars, restaurants and shops. It also has all the amenities we required from pool, sun terrace, barbecue and large earing area outside. The booking was made easily with Jose Luis and check in was with Laurita who was always available via whatsApp to deal with any questions we had. The whole experience was excellent and we will definitely be looking to book again. Thanks Jose/Laurita.

Sun after covid

Finally after covid we got to enjoy this beautiful villa, the booking was originally for a hen for however wasn’t needed as the wedding happened whilst locked down. We changed to a family holiday which we absolutely loved every min perfect location. Carlos could not have been more accommodating with every request we made. So helpful and friendly, the villa was lovely clean we had the best time!! If we decide to visit the area again we will look to stay here again!

Had 9 nights booked in this villa with family aged from 8 to 76 yrs old,we were not told about the building work going on right next door,this made it impossible to sit in the garden with the noise and dust flying about,it started some morning about 7 o’clock with a crane outside,in the end we had to leave the villa and get a hotel,I’ve contacted the host and he seems to think it’s acceptable as it’s legal and didn’t need to inform us then tried to say we’d smashed 7 glasses and broke things in the villa,a lady came to inspect the villa and said every thing was fine when we left,the work men were back and forward all day not just in the morning as he’s stating,we’re just very disappointed as we were all so looking forward to our family holiday,I have video evidence of the work nxt door but as I can only upload photos I’ve took snaps off the videos

This villa is exactly as described,is really great for a large party,it has everything you could possibly want.All the furnishings and fitting are of a high quality and the villa has a wonderfull ambience that sets your holiday off to the perfect start. we were a party of 10 and every single person loved the villa. I this wasn't enough.Carlos is the perfect host,charming and extremely helpful. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK.. We will certainly be back.

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed in the villa to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday with ages 24 to 74. The villa was perfect for our needs and had everything for all 10 of us. Carlos was the perfect host and couldn't do enough for us. He was more than happy to take us to the local supermarket and gave us lots of useful information. The location is great as it is in a quiet area but an easy walk into the town where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. The marina was a short taxi ride away and well worth a visit. I would definitely recommend the villa to anyone and I can promise you will be very well looked after by Carlos.

A lovely villa family had great time kids loved it but due to there being a lot of steps up to house myself and husband found it quite difficult as im on walking stick so had to be helped as there is no railing to hold onto would recommend they put some sort of railing or bar up to assist would recomend this villa for young families

Great villa!

Our family of 9 stayed at this wonderful villa in May half-term 2023. Transfers were arranged for us from and to Malaga airport. On our arrival, Laura met us and showed us around the property, then took us to the local supermarket to buy provisions. It's a great, quiet location, with about a 20-minute walk to the main town, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a huge park about a 30-minute walk away, with another 15 minutes or so to the beach. We used Ubers to go to/from the port, only costing 11-12 euros. The kids loved the pool. We could have easily stayed another week! Would certainly recommend this villa!

Excellent hospitality - nothing was too much trouble!

As a family of four, we visited Villa Roma as a late booking for five nights - we were not disappointed. The villa itself was clean and tidy, with ample space for the whole family. In addition, the table tennis and badminton(!) facilities also kept the kids (and adults) entertained when they weren't splashing about in the pool. The small town of Arroyo is a 15-minute walk away, with the many beaches and harbour area a short taxi ride away. There is a good mix of shops and restaurants in both Arroyo and Benalmadena, certainly enough choice for even the most picky traveller. As if the above points weren't enough, we were exceptionally well looked after by the villa owner, Carlos. Before we'd even arrived, his e-mail communications were excellent, and he maintained regular contact throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble - he took us to the supermarket and showed us the way into town. We always felt that if we had any problems (which we didn't), that he was available 24/7. Well done Carlos, and thanks again for your hospitality.

Bra villa för stor familj som behöver mycket utrymme och sängplatser. Härligt med flera uteplatser att välja mellan! Vi uppskattade utegrillen och pingisbordet som vi nyttjade flera gånger. Vi hade önskat bättre sängar och jämnare värme i duschen.Promenadavstånd till Arroyo de Miel och till buss som tar dig till stranden! Vi kan tänka oss att återkomma!

The villa was spotless. The lady who checked us in and out was lovely. Took us to the local Lidl to get food. Owner messaged to check if everything was ok. Views from terrace were lovely. plenty of space inside snd out. Nice 15 min walk downhill to town. 30 mins to beach. easy to get taxi back if needed. there are lots of steps up to property, but thats fine, our legs work. just go slowly if needed. we would return

Vacqnces famille

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette villa tres spacieuse,un jardin agréable, une piscine bien située et un espace bronzage/repos très correct, ainsi que les jeux gonflables pour les enfants. La terrasse couverte où l on se rassemblait pour les repas était conviviale avec un coin cuisine et un barbecue. Les serviettes de toilettes et les serviettes pour la piscine etaient les bienvenues et en quantité largement suffisante. Une machine à laver le linge, l étendoir, et le lave vaisselle très appreciable. Je laisse tout de même une petite remarque (peut-être pas trop apprécié des propriétaires,mais utile). Au sujet de la cuisine noté cuisine équipée c est un trop, le four ne fonctionnait pas du tout, il aurait été bien utile, surtout lorsque nous sommes nombreux. Il faudrait aussi revoir la panoplie des couteaux ( pas de petit couteau de cuisine et les couteaux de table présents ne coupent vraiment plus). Un barbecue à gaz serait mieux que le barbecue à charbon( vraiment trop long pour une bonne braise et pas suffisant en chaleur pour une bonne grillade ( mais bon nous avons fait avec), surtout que nous n avions que ça puisque le four était hors service. Mais bon tout ne oeut pas être parfait c etait une simple suggestion.

Wonderful peaceful location, lovely family holiday

We had a lovely stay at villa roma. Host Carlos was in touch throughout the booking process, throughout our trip and after our stay. He was attentive, helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated him taking us when we needed to the local supermarket to stock up. The villa was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The outdoor spaces are multiple and very large. The pool is a lovely size and a great way to cool off, or for our boys to have a splash around. The location is peaceful and very picturesque. Be aware there are quite a lot of steps around the property. The property is a 15 minute walk to the resort centre and around 30 minutes also downhill to the beachfront with more shops and bars. Many of us enjoyed the walk down and back up, but taxis were also in plentiful supply at the taxi ranks or via uber. We had no problem with taxis locating the villa. Overall a lovely holiday and we would recommend. Thanks Carlos!

Our stay at Carlos's villa

The property is a lovely 6 bedroom villa with all the facilities made available. All we needed was a quick trip to the supermarket and we were up and running. Additionally - Carlos is a great owner - we immediately set up a whatsapp group and he answered our questions immediately. From booking taxis to giving us rides to the supermarket. We could not have had a better experience. Thanks a lot Carlos - you made it a great holiday.

Excellent stay Carlos the owner is a superb human

We had a great stay the villa pictures are accurate it's not brand new but it's functional. Everything worked perfect air con room fans large fridge and freezer, Carlos and his friend offered to take us to the shops as many times as we wished and wouldn't take any money for their time. The villa is in a good location and we wasn't disturbed by anyone. Pool area is fantastic loads of sunbeds Ping pong table is very high quality and it got alot of use! All the best to Carlos and his family. Hasta pronto

this area is fantastic very peaceful secure and the views from the property are spectacular, specially from the top terrace, Arroyo de la Miel is 15 minutes. walk and there are so many places to visit: Tivoli World..Arroyo de la Miel...the cable car...The best marina in Europe..the dolphins park...Paloma Park...the Aqua Park ::Mijas pueblo..Benalmadena Pueblo...the mediterranian beaches ..local markets....etc. You can spend two weeks here doing something different everyday.

The property has many features.....but unique to this property is the top terrace, from where you will enjoy fantastic views day and night......with your favourite drink. Also the large barbecue area is shaded and really cool. A refuge from the sun for those who like to relax in the shade. The covered area measures about 40 m2. Air conditioning everywhere.
