Contemporary Flat with Canal View on Zattere Waterfront

The Zattere is an essential but comfortable recently renovated apartment located along the well-known Zattere waterfront in the Dorsoduro District.



Possibly the best spot of the city, accessible in only 3 minutes’ walk from the homonymous Vaporetto stop, 4 minutes’ walk from the Accademia stop and 5 minutes from Basilica della Salute.



In the surroundings you can find the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Punta della Dogana e la François Pinault Foundation, the Accademia Galleries and other world-famous landmarks. Many Venice connoisseurs and influent artists bought their house here as it is a picturesque, quiet and central area of Venice.



The Zattere apartment blends contemporary comfort with some antique furniture pieces and the typical Venetian atmosphere being located at the ground floor of an historical Palazzo bordering a quiet canal. The canal view can be enjoyed from every window, in particular from the water door of one bedroom where the guests can relax listening to the pleasant sound of the water splashing and watching its emerald reflections on the walls.



The living room is equipped with a beautiful antique daybed, a contemporary style table for four people and other interesting antique pieces that create an easy living yet elegant sort of ambience. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with 4 burners electric stoves, washing machine, microwave, a small oven, kettle, coffee maker and everything else you need to cook.



There is a large bedroom with king size bed that can be used as a twin or a double with en-suite bathroom and a second smaller bedroom with a double sofa-bed, plus a second bathroom, both with showers. The house is perfect for up to 4 people.



We suggest this apartment for families or couples, including older travellers who seek an easily accessible apartment with no steps. It offers great value form money and a hard-to-beat location.



Additional Rules & Information



• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.



• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.



• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page



• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.



• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.



• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.



• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.



• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.



• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
