El apartamento Clemente está en el tercer piso y, como todos los apartamentos, se puede llegar con un ascensor o escaleras. Es un gran espacio abierto con vigas de madera en el techo. Muy cálido y confortable, ha sido diseñado para dividir el día en la zona de noche con un panel grande. Esto le ha permitido al arquitecto generar en una porción del espacio dos baños y dos dormitorios. Las habitaciones son una doble y una individual, todas con ventanas que dan a los techos venecianos y extremadamente luminosas. El salón tiene una cocina que se abre a la sala de estar y mesa de comedor; También hay una estructura cómoda para disfrutar del desayuno o una bebida sentado en los taburetes. Los 42 y rdquo; pantalla plana se puede disfrutar de 2 sofás muy grandes y profundos; La mesa alberga 4 comensales. El apartamento tiene calefacción por suelo radiante y todo se gestiona de forma remota mediante un sistema de automatización de la casa fácil y eficaz a disposición de los huéspedes. Great location and very informative check in process. The apartment is great and everything feels new. Very good location. The only problem that was not addressed was the change or fixing of the doorlock of the building.

Loved our stay! The management team was so helpful and friendly. It’s in a great location, convenient to accessing the touristy locations, which also feeling safe walking home at night. The apartment is also beautiful! Looking forward to our next stay in the future.

Best European rental ever

Perfect apartment, modern and immaculate, everything worked. Very spacious for the area. Excellent location right near the vaporetto. Smooth checkin process, and staff very helpful booking airport transportation. Recommend very highly.

Fantastic apartment and location

We LOVED this apartment. Very clean and super cool vibe with the beams, modern kitchen and nice decor. Wonderful location, walked everywhere we wanted to go except when we took the water taxi to Murano and Burano. Great communication.

From the location to the incredibly comfortable accommodations, to the top quality bedding and the ease of check in , this apartment is perfect. They arranged for water taxi pick up at the train station and again at check out . Highly recommended for a stay in Venice.

Best Style Property

This is the coolest, most modern VRBO property I’ve ever stayed at. It was the perfect place to stay in the coolest city, Venice. The style and comfort for my friend, and I did not disappoint! It is the perfect amount of comfort and room for 2–4 people. Dream quality to stay in such an enchanting city!

Beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable, wonderful views of the rooftops of Venice. Stylish, practical, very well located...and cosy at the same time. Very well managed by professionals we felt we could reach them very easily even though there was no need because everything went prefectly. Flawless property.

This place is beautiful. We were late coming in due to flight delays (10pm), but was still met by a representative at the dock the water taxi dropped us at. He was very kind and helped with our bags. He took the time to explain everything to us and even helped set up a tour of a glass blowing factory on Murano for us. The apartment is on the top floor, but there is a small elevator if needs be.The washing machine/dryer combo was a great added feature and saved us having to find laundry services. Was a great place for our family to relax and we would definitely recommend this place.

Communication prior to check in great. We had them set up a gondola fr the airport and while expensive worth it as we were jet lagged with multiple bags. The host meet us at the docks. Super smooth. It is located in an idea location close to the water taxi and restaurants. Apartment is beautiful and clean. Updated and comfortable. Important to note: mosquitos are not a joke. Cannot turn on air before April 15 or something like that so while heat was off its top floor unit and was really hot at night. Don’t open windows! At our request they delivered two fans which helped. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and pillows were bit hard. Wish they had more in the closet or something. That would be the only downfall from the apartment.

LOVELY apartment!

We enjoyed this apartment VERY much. Easy to get to from the Vaporetto. It was nice to have an elevator up to the apartment. Just remember you will have to go up and down stairs and cross a bridge to get to the apartment itself, so be mindful of luggage. The apartment was ultra modern and full of natural light. Beautiful appointments, just as seen in the photos online! Just be prepared that there is very little in terms of supplies in the apartment. If you plan to prepare any meals at all, you will need ALL the basics, from salt and pepper on! Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. It was a treat!! GREAT LOCATION!

We absolutely loved the apartment and location. We received detailed emails regarding arriving, recycling, etc. Marco grew up in Venice and is a businessman in Venice, we were both pickpocketed boarding the water bus at the train station. My wallet with my ID’s and credit card were stolen. I suggested to Marco that he include a warning to guests about pickpocketing. We knew all about recycling, but wished he had warned us about this issue, and I would still have my wallet.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at this apartment and it was a very modern and nice apartment for us. Everything worked great and apartment included everything listed. It was only a few minute walk from the Sant Angelo boat stop. It was about a 6 minute walk to a super marche. We found it a good location. The only issue we had was with the key to the front door to get into the apartment area. It was very difficult to use and often took us a few minutes of trying to get in. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Beautiful and modern facilities.

Very very good! We had to rebook 3 times due to covid and the hosts gave us a chance to rebook/change dates or have a full refund. No fuss. Apartment was beautiful. We will definitely be returning!!

Modern luxury in the heart of Venice

Amazing property. Everything as advertised, the apartment is exactly as the pictures. Clemente apartment has two bathrooms (only one has a shower) and two bedrooms, all with AC. It is quiet, clean and super modern and chic. The washing machine and AC work super well, checking was easy and uncomplicated, plus it is heavenly that there is an elevator since the apartment is on the top floor. Naida was efficient and very nice. The beds are comfortable and it is an easy walk to everywhere. There is a small grocery store around the corner that has everything you need and the guys there are super nice. The folder with restaurant recommendations was great. Super nice and not touristy recommendations. The apartment is very well located in the San Marco sestieri, but quiet and a few blocks from the Campo Santo Stefano, which is lively with cafe’s and restaurants. Cannot say enough good things about the place.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Great, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Convenient Vaporetto stop close by (Direct line to airport or train station). Very quiet with really nice views, plus the luxury of an elevator and A/C, not common at all un Venice. Would definitely stay here again.

Sensationell - perfekt - wunderbar

Das Gesamtpaket bestehend aus Objekt, Betreuung, Lage, Check-in, Umgebung etc. etc. ist kaum in Worte zu fassen. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos im Internet entsprechen der Realität, obwohl, eigentlich ist es sogar noch schöner. Das Apartment ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt, wir haben es sehr genossen, eine so schöne Homebase in Venedig zu haben. Noch nie haben wir eine derart engagierte, freundliche, zuverlässige und kompetente Agentur erlebt. Jeder Superlativ passt hier. Danke für die superschönen Tage in dieser Traumstadt, in die wir uns hoffnungslos verliebt haben.
