An elegant and modern flat on the first floor of an old building located in the historic centre of Venice. It is located in a quiet area, (off the common tourist streets) inhabited by local residents, where you can experience the authentic lifestyle of the Venetians.

The flat is located in the sestiere (district) of Castello, in Campo (Venetian dialect for square) Ruga, represented by the typical well, which can be seen spectacularly from the large Venetian-style window of the living room.

The flat, which is about 70 m² in size, consists of an entrance hall leading on the left to the large living room where there is a double sofa bed and two armchairs. To the right of the entrance is the modern kitchen with dining area. The flat has two bedrooms - one single and one twin, which share a bathroom with shower The decor is elegant and modern, with the inclusion of antique elements.
The flat is equipped with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5 burner cooker, oven, kettle, American coffee maker, Nespresso machine and moka, toaster, air conditioning, iron, ironing board.

CLEANING OF THE FLAT WITH PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ANTICORONAVIRUS PROTOCOL . TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF GUESTS IS RESPECTED AN INTERVAL OF 24 HOURS BETWEEN A STAY AND ANOTHER TO ALLOW ADEQUATE VENTILATION AND SANITATION.

Comfortabel en smaakbol ingericht appartement. Complete uitrusting. Rustige buurt waar het toerisme nog niet overheerst en men het idee heeft tussen echte inwoners te wonen. Prettige ontvangst door Anna en alles correct geregeld. Zeer aan te bevelen.

Spacious, well-equipped and just lovely!

What a great apartment! Beautifully presented, very comfortable, with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens, with everything that you could need. A shop about 10m away was most convenient. Far from the crowds of the centre of Venezia, but not too far that we couldn’t walk to S.Marco within about half an hour. Our local ‘high street’ Via Garibaldi had a good selection of restaurants and a winebar or 2 as well as a larger shop. That being said, we are glad we brought earplugs with us. We live in a quiet neighbourhood at home, and don’t have people living above, so we are not used to the noisy early morning hustle & bustle of life that comes with apartment-style living. It wasn’t a problem, but the earplugs did help us, so I would recommend bringing some if you don’t want to wake too early. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit here.

Parfait

Appartement très bien meublé,de bon goût,très bonne literie,cuisine très bien équipée,l'ensemble est très bien entretenu ,le tout dans un quartier calme.Nous avons été accueillis par Anna ,personne avenante,agréable et ponctuelle.Nous recommanderons cette adresse à nos amis.

Hard to fault, but as in city apartments anywhere, expect noisy evenings

Excellent apt. Well designed, equipped and furnished. Very helpful owner and manager. Ideal for a visiting couple, though with space for more. Noisy in evenings but quiet after 11 or so. Cool even on hot early September days (windows on two sides). Aircon not used but model known good from experience. Local small restaurant in square below. Mini supermarket, fruit-veg stalls near. Close to waterbuses at Giardini and San Pietro in Castello. Art Biennale (May-November) 10-15 minutes on foot.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans l'appartement Ruga 314. Très bien équipé, calme et spacieux, situé dans un quartier sympathique et distant des spots touristiques les plus fréquentés. L'accueil a été efficace et courtois. Bref, nous avons l'intention de revenir !

Nous avons adoré cet appartement, très bien équipé dans un quartier authentique et calme! A quinze minutes de la place Saint Marc et sept minutes d'un arrêt vaporetto l'appartement est loin de la foule cela est vraiment appréciable pour profiter de Venise! Le supermarché et la boulangerie situés à quelques pas ainsi que la trattoria sur la placette sont un plus! L'accueil d'Anna est très professionnel et chaleureux, vraiment très très bien!

Very nice apartment in a quiet part of town

Nicely renovated place in the Castello district of Venice. Easy walk to Biennale exhibits around the corner.Great neighborhood away from the masses of tourists that crowd Venice everywhere else. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay. Ref, freezer, air con, cooking utensils etc.. You don't need to bring anything really. The communication was fast, very personal and reliable.Anytime again if we visit this beautiful city.

Merveilleux séjour

Bel appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Très bien situé pour visiter la biennale. Le quartier est charmant et les services sont nombreux. Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de notre séjour.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhigem Stadtviertel

Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was in der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Wir würden sie wieder mieten.

Stylish and modern

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Communication with Angelo before the stay was easy. A combination of his advice and a google maps search made it relatively easy to find the apartment and Anna who checked us in was very helpful and spoke fluent English. The apartment is about as far east as you can go in a very quiet square away from the crowds yet only a fifteen minute walk to the centre. It is wonderfully well-equipped with a comfortable bed and there is a small, reasonably well stocked supermarket almost next door. Highly recommended.

Great apartment away from all the tourists

We really enjoyed our stay at Angelo's apartment. We were also really happy to see that the fridge and larder had been stocked up for our arrival - many thanks. There were 5 of us staying in the apartment (3 kids and 2 adults) and we found it to be perfect. Best of all was the location - this is about a 20 minute walk from San Marco Square and all the masses of tourists so we were able to get away from it all in the apartment and able to experience Venice as the locals do. There is a little supermarket about 30 metres from the apartment which is incredible value - two bottles of Merlot (not great admittedly) and two large beers for only €6.30! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others who would like to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but still within a few minutes walk from loads of restaurants and shops.

Great accommodation and communication - Feeling re energised after our stay

A great break in a lovely apartment situated in a quiet and peaceful location but close to all amenities with a mini market and bakery within 1 min walk, and restaurants and more shops 5 mins walk Stylish apartment with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and clean modern bathroom. Great communication with Angelo and Anna throughout the whole process from initial enquiry to checkout, everything went smoothly. The only things that weren't in apartment which we may have used are microwave and satellite TV channels, no English speaking channels that we found but that didn't spoil our fun, just added to the quality time we could spend together.

Tolles Apartment in zentraler Lage zur Biennale

Wir waren im Oktober 2016 für 3 Nächte im Apartment Campo Ruga 314 und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet mit direktem Blick auf den Campo Ruga. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert, genau wie die Schlüsselübergabe und der Check out. Das Apartment entspricht der angegebenen Beschreibung. Vielleicht das einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit im Apartment und dem ganzen Haus. Wir würden das Apartment auf alle Fälle nochmal buchen.

Very nice, very clean, well equipped, and quiet location.

This apartment is the best we have rented till date, it is roomy, very clean, and light. The kitchen is equipped with all one need, only thing missing was a corkscrew (but there is one now :-) ), and Anna who warmly welcomed us, despite she has to wait because our plane was an hour delayed, had even filled some bread, juice, water and milk in the fridge - thanks a lot for that. The location is perfect if one want to discover the real Venice, and stay a little away from the hordes in the centre, although it is only a 20 minutes walk to the Piazza San Marco. Not mentioned in the description is that there is a supermarket just 20 meters from the front door. We will definitely come back again.
