This grand traditional large air-conditioned Madeira villa, located on the eastern hills of Funchal, offers superb sea-views over the town and cruise ship harbour and wonderful sunsets.
Spacious living areas are complemented by a great traditional front veranda where you can have your meals and appreciate those beautiful sea and town views, and, in the evenings, the twinkling lights of Funchal. An added and useful facility is the breakfast room located next to the fully equipped kitchen.
The large swimming pool (optionally heated) and surrounding deck is perfect for families that simply want to frolic around or for those that prefer to swim lengths, and is set amongst the mature lawn and gardens.
Large bedrooms on the 1st floor all lead to a south facing front balcony (again benefitting from those breath-taking views), perfect for a quiet moment or catching the sun. The fourth bedroom and en-suite is independent and located on the lower ground floor.

Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Booking Notes
The advertised prices are based on a 4-person occupancy and supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of time.
A security deposit of 300€ is required by credit card prior to check-in.

Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.

The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented for all arriving visitors on or after 01 October 2024 across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities.
This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person.
Your accommodation is responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality.
