Podere del Mezzadro is a typical sharecropping farm built at the beginning of the century. It is situated on the top of a cereal-cultivated hill with an extraordinary panorama. It is about 1 km from the town of Contignano.

Independent 11-bed farmhouse consisting of 5 apartments: Glicine, Lavanda,Oleandro, Lilla and Geranio.

Geranio apartment is located on the second floor of the farmhouse and consists of a large living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and small study.

Apartment Lillà is located on the second floor of the farmhouse and consists of a large living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and single bedroom. A terrace with table and chairs, from which there is a magnificent view that sweeps from Mount Amiata to the hills of Pienza, will allow you to relax in complete tranquility, sipping a good wine.

The Lavanda apartment, located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, overlooks the house's jasmine pergola, while a French door gives direct access to the large rear lawn. The Lavanda apartment consists of a living room with fireplace and spacious kitchenette, dining area, double bedroom, study, bathroom with shower and a handy storage room. Outside, a comfortable iron table with chairs allows outdoor dining under the pergola.

The Glicine apartment, located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, overlooks the house's jasmine pergola. The Glicine apartment consists of a living room and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a handy storage room. Outside, a comfortable iron table with chairs allows outdoor dining under the pergola.

From the renovation of the old shed came the Oleandro apartment, directly overlooking a small, secluded green corner of the farm. The Oleander apartment consists of a living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and small study.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week.
