New apartment, with 3 double bedrooms (2 of which with en-suite bathroom), 3 bathrooms and living kitchen area with sofa bed. A few minutes walk from the Central Station and close to Caiazzo M2 (50 meters), a 5-minute walk from Corso Buenos Aires (metro M1) and a 25-minute walk from the Duomo. Guarded paid parking adjacent to the entrance to the building. The building is equipped with cameras in the common areas.



Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

CHECK-IN: It is possible to do self check-in as the apartment is equipped with electronic access for the entrance door of the building and the apartment. Early check-in is based on the availability of the apartment. Late check-in is possible at any time. LUGGAGE STORAGE: The service is guaranteed from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.30. Saturday and Sunday subject to availability of our staff on site. We ask our guests to report valuables contained in the luggage that are left so that they can be kept in the safe. We assume no responsibility for undeclared missing items or money when leaving your luggage. IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: Italian law provides that all guests staying in our territory are identified by presenting an identity document (identity card, passport or driving licence) and entered into the telematic system of the State Police (same procedure required by hotels). Upon your arrival it will be mandatory to present the document to our representative so that he can photograph it and then register. All photos will then be immediately deleted. If you do not wish to have your document photographed, we will send you a form to fill out and return to us filled in in its entirety, but it will always be mandatory to show the original document to verify the data. In case of late check in/last minute Booking it will be your concern to send a photo with your document to the telephone number indicated when you enter the apartment. The access codes to be able to check in will be sent only after receipt of one of the 3 identity documents listed above. In the event of non-receipt of the documents useful for identification, the property reserves the right to access the apartment. It is a LEGAL OBLIGATION. COT and HIGH CHAIR: Possibility to request a free cot and/or high chair, subject to availability. This is why we advise our guests to request it immediately when booking.

CHECK-IN: 15:00-00:00 CHECK-OUT: before 11:00. Late check out subject to availability. Cost equal to 40% of one night. SELF CHECK-IN with numeric keypad for the entrance door and the apartment door. DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT: if damage is found upon check-out, a penalty of up to €300 may be charged ADAPTER SECURITY DEPOSIT: we lend universal electrical socket adapters free of charge upon immediate deposit of €10 in cash which will be returned upon return of the device. SILENT TIMES It is requested to respect the hours of silence from 8 to 23 of the condominium. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment. It is NOT ALLOWED to use candles (all types, all sizes) inside the apartment Parties are NOT ALLOWED Guests are REQUIRED to be polite and respectful of the apartment and what they will find at their disposal. It is MANDATORY to show a valid identity document in order to proceed with the registration of the stay before entering the apartment.

Very central, quiet. 5/10 minute walk from Central Station. 20 minutes walk from Porta Venezia. 40 minute walk from Piazza del Duomo. Caiazzo Metro stop (M2 Green Line) 3 minutes walk from the entrance of the building.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Central Station where trains arrive from Malpensa Airport and buses from Bergamo Airport. It is possible to get to Centrale from Linate Airport via a direct bus. At Central Station there are the Metro lines (M2, green line) and (M3 yellow line). The metro closest to the apartment is in Caiazzo M2 about 50 meters away. Near the apartment is the famous Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most famous shopping streets in the city. HOW TO COME FROM LINATE AIRPORT: From Linate Airport you can take a taxi (it would costs around 20-30€) otherwise you can take public transport: take a orange double bus n°73 (you can take the ticket at the automatic machinesin front of the bus stop, 2€/each). You have to get off at the Duomo stop and then take a subway (Yellow line untill Central station and then green line untill Caiazzo). from subway stop Caiazzo you heve to walk 200mt (3 minutes) HOW TO COME FROM MALPENSA AIRPORT: From Malpensa airport you have 2 solutions using public transport: 1: by TRAIN -it is the faster and cost 13€ each. here the timing from Malpensa aeroport to Milano CENTRAL STATION that you can take. There are 2 per hour: everi hour and 13 munutes and every hour and 43 minutes like 15:13-15:43-16:13-16:43-17:13:17:43... Put attention to the direction because there are 2 stations: Central Station and Cadorna Station. 2: by BUS - It costs 10€ and you can find them when you leave the airport. Above they have a sign that says -Milan Central Station or in italian: Milano Stazione Centrale- and on the side of the bus there is an inscription who says "Malpensa Shuttle" other solution is taxi -it costs around 100€ (4 pp)
